Great stay in Sunriver!

The house is clean and spacious, and has everything you need for a vacation. Check in/Check out were easy. The house is located right off a bike pat, and we were able to bike around on the bikes that were provided. In addition to SHARC passes, there is a small pool in the village, which our kids were able to enjoy as well. Overall, we had a great time.

Great house, not so great surroundings

Our first time staying in a home within Sunriver boundaries. Location and house was perfect being near the golf course. Travel with a map of Sunriver as it's very easy to get lost in car and on foot. SHARC was not available, which was a huge disappointment as it was the primary reason we selected this home within Sunriver boundaries for our family reunion - long lines, overcrowded, not enough staff. Some activities were a fail, but we had bicycles, a nearby small pool and hot tub - overall a great home and location.

Roomy home

House is on the golf course, so nice green lawn around the home. Large roomy house, a bit dated. Kitchen has plenty of dishware, but not stocked with essentials. Only had salt and pepper. So bring your own “ pantry “ essentials. Hot tub was nice, need two people to open and close the cover, as, the hot tub, is in a tight space. Overall, we enjoyed our time in Sunriver!

Great Place!

Loved this place and will definitely rent again. It was bigger that we thought it would be and was very comfortable to just hang out at. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook full meals and the patio was great to sit and enjoy the day.

Nice but

It’s an excellent location and the layout of rooms is very good, featuring 2 master suites but the carpets and flooring downstairs were pretty dirty and the house is in need of a major upgrade.

A pleasant stay with a few exceptions

Nice house, pleasant location. Minor improvements that would have enhanced my families experience. There were no bike helmets. Bicycles were not in very good shape. Kitchen faucet should be replaced. My wife questioned as to whether the kitchen floor had been mopped. Our kids had a good time at Sunriver.

Over all the week was fine more good than bad, but as this is my 10th stay in sun river this house vs the money wasnt what I expected. Biggest plus that we must have missed was the private pool that was very nice. But that was about it couches broken down and had to use throw pillows as fillers. 6 of us went on a bike ride and chains kept coming off so I was bike repair guy with grease all over my hands at dinner. The biggest disappointment for me as I was the one paying for property was attention to detail cleaning. Dead bugs in window seals. Spider webs inside recessed can lights, burnt out lamps in lights, missing remote for bedroom that we never did find. A left coat on back of door. Pillow smelled like it had only been fluffed not changed pillow case. Plugged jacuzzi tub that water wiuldnt drain out. I guess over all location is what justified the price per night, but compared to others I have stayed at the pool would be the only reason for a 2nd stay even though it was out dated and short enough chairs it was very nice.. Sorry just being honest.

Eclipse stay

I would give this condo four and a half or five stars if it hadn't been for the fact that they charged us so much as we stayed during the eclipse. We stayed 3 Nights, and made our reservations back in February 2017. We were charged four times the usual rate. Three negative things stand out in my mind: when we first walked in the unit, the first thing we saw was the horribly stained and filthy carpet. As other reviewers commented, the black leather furniture was very worn out and sunk when we sat on it. And the third thing, is that the unit really is only for 6 people, not 8. The good things about the unit is that the kitchen was well appointed. We had wonderful dinners for six people at the table along with the six placemats that were available. We took bike rides everyday on the bicycles that were provided. The outdoor deck table had a nice umbrella so we could sit out in the late afternoon and avoid the hot sun. The pool was very close and private. The two upstairs bedrooms were large and very comfortable. The one downstairs was quite small and consisted of a trundle bed which was taken apart. They were very uncomfortable. All in all, we had a really nice time in Sunriver but they should take the profit that they made off us for those 3 days and put it towards cleaning the carpet and upgrading the furniture.

Wonderful family vacation home

The house was the perfect place for our family vacation. There were 6 of us staying here, 2 adults and 4 teenagers and the house had plenty of space for all of us. The kitchen was well equipped with the necessities, internet worked great, and the king bed in the master suite was incredibly comfortable. We used the Sharc passes everyday we were there and enjoyed playing pickle ball as well. The large hot tub was also a bonus, since the kids weren't old enough to use the one at the Sharc, they could come back and get in there to warm up after a long day of playing at the pool. The location of the home on the golf course was really nice, it had a beautiful view and was perfect for the kids to go out and run around in the evenings (after all the golfers had gone through). The only minor problem we had was that one of the mountain bikes had a flat tire. Although, since there were 6 of us, and 8 bikes we were able to still go for bike rides without a problem. Overall a really great experience!

Big bathrooms

Sunriver is wonderful and this home is easy to get to. Enjoyed the use of the bikes and hot-tub. Only thing is this home and furniture shows a lot of use but is very clean.
