"The house was spotlessly clean and tidy. Cosy, luxurious decor - plush sofas, carpets and beds. Gorgeous views. Loved having the stag and does as our next door neighbours. The hot tub was magical and our little daughter loved the bubbles! A really fantastic, family stay away in a beautiful part of the world. Would highly recommend!"

"The property was easily located with free parking steps away. The place was cosy & perfect for an overnight stay, catching up with friends. We had everything we needed, we were warm & very comfortable. The host was quick to answer my queries & although the listing was slightly incorrect, Stephen sorted it out immediately. Thank you."

"The place is clearly a newly rennovated farm building, perhaps to the extent of being a re-build on an existing foot print. It looks like there might end up being around 8 rental properties on site. The kitchen is well laid out, and whilst there was pleny of stuff for the three of us, I think a few top-ups might be in order if this is really intended for 4-6 people. Hot water is through a tank, so limited in quantity - there was just enough for showers (in the small downstairs bathroom) but one...

"We really enjoyed our stay at Lakeview Barn , it was spacious and clean and the location was perfect for the purpose of our trip , to visit family in the area. Its location on the lake and nearby Hicks cycle centre make it a great base for outdoor activities too. My son really enjoyed fishing and would have made more use of the lake if the weather had not been so wet !"
