"This property appears to be fairly new. There are plenty of amenities. The master bedroom was spacious as was the guest bedroom. Parking was very easy. The check-in process was fast and simple. The host was fantastic and very responsive and accommodating.There is some mention about noise from trains. We never heard any train during the time that we were there except one time we heard a horn twice in the far distance and you could barely hear it. I’m not sure where that feedback is coming from...

"Great location for a late summer family get away. 6 adults and 2 young grandchildren. Enjoyed to stay and spend most of the days up in RMNP. Hiking and sightseeing. House was perfect size for all of us. Inside home could have been a little cleaner upon our arrival. Especially bathrooms for what it cost to stay. Other than that it was a nice stay. Thanks"

"Perfect location for Beaver Meadows entrance to RMNP and beautiful views of the park from the home. The house was just like the pictures show it and was very clean. Comfortable beds with one being a Sleep Number. We went at a very busy time of year and it was nice not to have to wait in the traffic jams to go from Estes Park to RMNP. It is minutes from the Country Market and a variety of restaurants. Highly recommend! "
