We had the most amazing experience, from the minute we entered the Home. We were struck with its uniqueness and the absolutely beautiful views. we were also surprised by how well equipped the property was. The coffee maker with coffee and cream left for us and the delicious apricot torte, host was definitely the host with the most!!

The stairs to get to the unit were horrible. The parking situation was the worse - we drive around and around for literally 2 hours trying to find a place to park and then we had to pay everyday. The roof lines were not good - you had to lean down in most of the rooms.Woudn't recommend this place.

Great spot in the heart of bellagio

Clean, beautiful and well taken care of in the heart of the town. We stayed 3 days but probably could have gotten away with 2.The only negatives I have are negatives of Europe in general as an American, and not of the property itself. There is air conditioning but it’s still fairly warm if you’re used to 70 degrees.Host left breakfast, juice, water and a bottle of wine which was lovely.The sun beams in the afternoon hours in the summer, but it’s still great

Bellagio Penthouse Apartment

We had a fantastic stay at the Bellagio penthouse apartment! We had 4 to our party and the rooms were very comfortable for sleeping. The views from this apartment were magnificent! You could spend all day just looking out at the mountains and at Lake Como. The owner made us feel at home with a complimentary bottle of wine and nice snacks. The kitchen was well stocked. The refrigerator had water and other drinks. The apartment was in a perfect location to all the shops and restaurants and so close to the ferry. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much!

We are a family of 5 that spent 2 weeks traveling through Italy and Switzerland ending our vacation in Lake Como/Bellagio. What we loved: the location and size of this apartment were fantastic. Right across from the ferry and close to restaurants and shops. Very safe area and felt very comfortable having our 19/14 year old daughters explore on their own. What we didn’t like: air conditioning was lacking. Family room had no air conditioning and the master bedroom barely worked. The other 2 bedrooms worked perfectly. Amenities were lacking. All the other air B&Bs or VRBOs included coffee and other items. This did not. Communication- was lacking. Was given the address but no instructions on what to do upon arrival. You have to walk up the steps on the left side of the building (about 20 steps)and then enter through the metal gate on right. Main door is on the backside of the building. Apartment is on top floor. Overall I would rate a 3.5 based on location/Views and size

Magnificent property !!

For our holiday we took our mother for her retirement to lake comp. This property ticked all the boxes . Only issue is the ductless air units had a hard time keeping up with the severe weather . Granted it was the hottest days the world has ever seen … the property is stunning easily sleeps 7 . Coming back .

The property is just steps from the ferry and shops. The views are amazing! The hosts were very helpful as the family all got split up with travel cancelations/delays and they were great to work with. Wish we would have stayed longer.

We enjoyed a 3 night stay at this apartment. There was plenty of space for our family of five, and the views are very pretty! Bellagio is beautiful and we used as a base to explore the towns around Lake Como.

Beautiful view and true to the photos

Location was amazing! I would definitely pack light as it is on the 4th floor and many stairs. There were a few things that needed more explanation, like how to exit the building. There is a button on the wall. The stand up shower was impossible to figure out but luckily there were two full baths. If bringing a car, parking can be difficult to find on the street during high season. Overall it was a beautiful spot with the ferry right outside your door!

Our family of 8 stayed at the luxury penthouse and loved the view and location. Communication was outstanding with Orazio. I do recommend to bring your own pillows. Overall, wonderful place and incredible view of Lake Como.

Spectacular stay and location

This was a slice of perfection in Bellagio. The apartment was spacious and clean with a beautiful water view. The location is the absolute best, steps from the ferry and surrounded by shops and restaurants. I highly recommend.

Great Location!

The apartment is in the perfect location to enjoy Bellagio and take the ferry to other towns on the lake. Check in with Lidi was wonderful. She met us at the ferry, showed the apartment and gave great recommendations for restaurants, things to do, etc. She responded quickly when we had questions later in the trip. The apartment is very spacious, plenty of room for 5 adults. Wish there was more comfortable seating in the main living room, it had only one sofa. We were out of the apartment enjoying wonderful Lake Como most of time, so it was not a big issue. Would diffently stay there again.

Beautiful views but: Air-conditioning did not cool even after they said they ce to look at it. Shower did not drain even after they said they came and looked at it. A LOT OF STEPS bothering inside and outside. On the positive side, the manager was very helpful finding a doctor for one of our party. Very great location.
