"Too much information shooted at once for check in makes it a bit complicated to understand. More consice information would be better"

"What a great place to stay! It was convenient to everything without being too close to the congestion of Bellagio. The pizza place across the street was convenient and great too. Highly recommend."

"Great location. Clean property."

"We had a lovely stay, views were breathtaking. The apartment was very spacious and clean. Very close to bellagio ferry port so easy to get around the lake como."

"Excellent location in the heart of Bellagio. Everything is within walking distance, and the apartment is very close to the ferry terminal, which makes arriving and departing with luggage very convenient. There is a shorter route with stairs or a slightly longer route without stairs. Once inside the building, you will still need to climb some stairs. The only inconvenience, which is clearly explained in the listing, is that the private bathroom is located on the upper floor outside the apartment...

"The location is unbeatable—right at the bottom of Bellagio’s famous staircase. We loved sitting on the balcony each evening listening to the live music. The apartment was also very clean when we arrived. A few things to know before booking: there is no air conditioning. During the record-breaking heat wave it was brutal. We had to sleep with the windows open for cooler air, which also let in flies, spiders, and other bugs. This may not be an issue during cooler months, but it’s worth...

"Great location, clean, and plenty of space for a family of four with a 13 year old and an 11 year old."

"La una incomodidad es que el área para bañarse no cuenta con regadera y tampoco una cortina que evite que el agua se salpique por todo el baño."

"Beautiful and surprisingly spacious apartment, wonderful views from two windows and a balcony. Very clean and nicely decorated. But don't bring a big car, as you have to drive through a narrow entrance to the property."

"Apartment was exactly as described/shown on the listing, it had loads of amenities including a kitchen, washing machine etc. Lots of space for the price paid including a living area with a sofa and TV. 20 minute walk from the ferry was ideal. The only downside was the wifi being quite poor and often didn’t work. There was also a locked door in the bedroom next to the bed with no key which was a bit off putting to sleep next to, but it was probably just storage."

"It was a beautiful house in a perfect location. The owners of the house were so sweet and the staff was very helpful to get us to the right spot."

"Sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche GastgeberSuper Lage direkt im Zentrum aber Parksituation sehr stressig."

"Accès un peu difficile pour les bagages étant donné l’escalier étroit pour se rendre à l’appartement. Superbe vue émouvante du lac et des montagnes."

"Muy buena ubicacion,Muy comodo y limpio."

"Francesca’s house is great . Beautiful location and perfect for large groups . I have been all over Italy and Bellagio is now my favorite city . I would absolutely stay here again . CIAO"
