Host Roberta was amazing and was in communication before, during, and after our stay. The unit was very pleasant and super clean and a quiet location. Easy walking distance into the town center and shopping. We would stay at the property again. Ideal for a couple.

Super charming apartment. Very spacious for Italian standards. Practical and functional kitchen, and that outdoor patio The pool wasn't heated, but it was very refreshing after a walk. The walk to downtown it's about a mile, but there are a few little restaurants within a block or two. I highly recommend the Riverside Beach bar. Right on the water, good cocktails (The Hugo spritz ) and excellent food. The host, Roberta, isn't a 5 stars, but a 10 stars. She is fantastic!!! Not only available for things related to the apartment, but kindly helped us with other logistics, like transportation and good recommendations.

My family had a wonderful stay in lake Como at Roberta’s place. We loved the location right across from the lake that was so fun to swim in with the kids. There is a little dock to swim to and a great restaurant in the beach so you can spend a lot of time there. The apartment was clean and comfortable. A slight damp smell was present but it was hot and humid so I suspect that is why. You are definitely away from the hustle and bustle of bellagio center, but you can walk there in 20-25 minutes ( we did this with our 7 and 9 year olds). We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

This apartment is the perfect spot for a trip to Bellagio. With super close proximity to the beautiful lake & a few delicious food options. It is also a short drive or about 15 minute walk into the heart of Bellagio. The apartment is super clean & well maintained and Roberta is an excellent host. She went out of her way to suggest things for our family to do and places to eat. Her recommendation for dinner was spot on as well! We look forward to coming back soon!

Quiet little nook, just outside of town

It was a perfect location! Just far enough out of town to Avoid the crowds, but close enough to walk everywhere. Roberta was extremely helpful, quick to respond and Recommended great restaurants, and sightseeing spots.

Bella Bellagio!

Everything about this property was wonderful! The location was fabulous. Walkable to the lake and easy to get to the town center. The host Roberta communicated with us during the whole process and gave us fabulous dining suggestions!

Absolutely Perfect!

Couldn’t have discovered a more perfect rental. The host was incredibly helpful and kind and the rental was beautiful. Great location to walk anywhere in bellagio with a beautiful pool and amazing scenery. Will definitely be coming back !

Its a perfect location. 2 min walk to the beach, with a beach restaurant. 10 min walk to the Bellagio senter with all the shops and restaurants you can wish for. Nice and clean pool and a very nice place. The owners are very nice and give you all the information you need.

Lovely stay in beautiful Bellagio

We loved our stay in Bellagio ( San Giovanni) The check in process & communication from Roberta was excellent & we settled quickly. Thanks for the lovely welcome pack. The apartment was extremely clean with a modern spacious kitchen & lounge area with lots of information to help us. The bedroom & bathroom were fine although my partner found the bed a little hard. Outside we had a small private garden with furniture which was nice. The general pool area was great & a real sun trap The location of the apartment was good - a 20 minute walk to Bellagio centre or a 5 minute bus ride which was every half hour. There was also a tourist train which ran every 35 minutes to Bellagio. Boats generally ran from Bellagio but there were a small number from San Giovanni terminal 5 minutes away. There were 2 good supermarkets within 15 minutes walk & a small tobacconist next door who sold water sweets ice creams. There was a nice snack bar on the lake 2 minutes away (Riverside bar) & a snack bar (Nenes) which did coffee pastries & a few basic snacks which was nice. This also sold water & a few basics. Winnie’s bar was 1 minute away & sold coffee & alcohol but was mainly locals, Just a couple of things to mention - the apartment is on the bottom floor of 3 levels & also next to the road. This meant there was some noise but not enough to spoil the holiday Overall we enjoyed our stay & would recommend it - Roberta was a very helpful hostess

Beautiful Stay in Bellagio

The apartment and host are both lovely. Roberta was kind enough to help me find the address since it can be a little confusing upon arrival. I especially loved the walk through the Mitzi Gardens everyday to/from town. Simply spectacular. Once you get your bearings, it’s an enjoyable walk to the town of Bellagio. Great time in Bellagio

We really enjoyed our stay at Bellagio Dreams. Roberta met us on arrival and walked us through everything we needed to know for our stay. Roberta was very responsive throughout on WhatsApp if we needed anything. The place was terrific and close enough to Bellagio to walk into town. The apartment was equipped with everything needed for our long weekend - wished we had stayed longer.

Lovely visit

Our stay was lovely just outside of Bellagio. The apartment was thoughtfully stocked with plugs, local information etc and was spotlessly clean. A ferry pickup, supermarket, park, beach and several restaurants were within easy walking distance. We hope to get to use the inviting pool for a future visit during warmer weather.

A Delightful Week

My wife and I recently spent a week at Bellagio Dreams Apartment. I can't imagine a better experience. The apartment itself is pleasant and spacious and has just about any amenity you would want (including a washing machine). It is also sparkling clean. The apartment shares a nice pool with several other vacation properties. Just a hundred yards away or so is a public beach, across from which is a fun beachside cafe/bar where we sat several times and enjoyed a drink looking out at the incredible views of Lake Como. The apartment is about a 15-minute walk from the center of Bellagio, but there are a couple of nice restaurants nearby if you don't feel like making the walk in for dinner one night. Finally, Roberta is a wonderful host. She communicated with us several times before we arrived, met us at check-in, and gave us excellent advice about restaurants, ferry schedules, and places to see. If I could give our experience a rating of six stars, I would do so without hesitation.

Beautiful 1 bedroom apt

Whether at a hotel or VRBO, customers want clean, quiet, and safe. This place passes with flying colors. Perhaps the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed. It’s about a 1 mile walk to Bellagio city center but there’s a nearby “bus,” called a train because it’s designed to look like a train, that circumnavigates Bellagio.

Very nice host and apartment

Roberta is a very kind host and her apartment is spacious and very clean. Apartment is located in a nice residential area near the lake and close to the center. We also enjoyed the swimming pool ver much.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Roberta bietet eine sehr schöne und saubere Ferienwohnung an, die mit allem Notwenigem ausgestattet ist. Die Kommunikation mit Roberta ist sowohl während der Vorbereitung, der Anreise und auch im Nachgang sehr positiv. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die nahe Lage zum Steinstrand. Auch Bellagio und ein Supermarkt sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Die Straße, an der die Wohnung liegt, ist manchmal etwas laut, welches man aber nicht in der Wohnung mitbekommt. Vielen lieben Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Lovely stay

We had a very lovely stay in this extremely clean and neat apartment. It looks exactly like in the pictures. There was tea, coffee, various snacks, and even a bottle of wine in the fridge. The kitchen is well equipped, which was great as we cooked at home several times. There are two grocery stores in walking distance. Roberta is a very helpful host, and managed restaurant bookings for us. San Giovanni is a lovely hamlet, about twenty minute walk from the Bellagio ferry port. There is a local dock for smaller ferries as well, so if you time it right, there is no need to walk to Bellagio for the ferry. Would definitely visit again!

Amazing stay in Bellagio

We had an amazing time in this beautiful and very clean appartment. Great location with easy access to Bellagio center. Roberta went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable! A Wonderful VRBO - A Wonderful Place

Roberta was wonderful.... from communication prior to our visit and during. She was very helpful with her suggestions and gave us a great "lay of the land." The Unit was immaculate and exactly as advertised. She even had a bottle of wine waiting for us along with some snacks. We would highly recommend this VRBO for anyone wishing to visit the Bellagio area of Lake Como

Great if you have a car!

I wish I could give this place a higher rating. It was very clean and spacious and the host was quite accessible. However, we traveled by train and did not know how difficult it would be to get to and find the apartment. Not very close to town. Please know if going by train you have to walk up hill a little over a mile, which is quite difficult with luggage. We were told there is a bus but we never saw one even though there was a schedule.
