Nice place, interesting location

Was nice and clean, location was definitely of the beaten path. Mirror fell off the wall in a room we were not sleeping in that scared us but otherwise was not a bad get away

Weekend Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay here this past weekend. The location was perfect for the plans we had, no more than 30 minutes drive to everything. The upstairs porch feels like you are in the trees with the wildlife. The trail that backs up to the property is very peaceful. The beds were extremely comfortable, so much so we almost didn’t get up to do things! We will be getting the same bedding for our bedroom at home! The only reason we put 4 stars instead of 5 for cleanliness is because someone had used the downstairs bathroom before we arrived and forgotten to flush. It seemed to have been there for a day or two. Other than that everything was amazing! Would definitely stay again! Thank you!

We couldn't access the property and the host wouldn't respond!

Be extra careful when booking this property!The morning we left Houston, we realized we never received check-in info or an access code, so we messaged the host through Vrbo. 9 hours later we still hadn't received the info or a reply, so we messaged again and texted directly and left a voicemail. Still nothing.Vrbo support couldn't reach them either and said we had to "self-book" somewhere else. We scrambled to find somewhere else to stay.After arriving at our new temporary accommodations, the host finally called back saying an email with check-in info was supposed to have been sent but never was, and that her phone was not available all day. She offered to refund us for the first day if we wanted to use the rest of the reservation, or refund the entire reservation. I told her we'd think about it and let her know in the morning. She then sent the missing check-in info.Next morning, I texted again to let her know we would be using the rest of the reservation, but hours passed before we got a reply.If you manage a property and you know you're hosting people, then you have to keep your phone on you and be responsive to messages and voicemails! This host is unfortunately not reliable, so be careful.

Good location; need a couple of things

We enjoyed our stay at Lakeside Trail and found the location great. The townhouse is comfortable and had everything we needed. I would say that a little TLC is needed in places. For example, the curtain rods are taped in the middle as they are broken. Little things like that make the house feel cheaper and less well maintained. Also, the front door keypad doesn't work and didn't work for the guest before us. That should also be fixed. The host answered our call immediately when we couldn't get into the house and told us how to use the keys. All in all a comfortable place.

Great house and location

The house was very clean and beds were comfortable. We loved being right on the lake and the access to the trail. The location is amazing. We were minutes from Tanyard Creek, Pinion Creek and the Mildred B Cooper Chapel. Just a short drive to Bentonville and about an hour to Eureka Springs. The house had everything we needed for our stay and we had no issues. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a great location in Bella Vista for the trails. Nice porch to enjoy nature with a good view. Clean, relaxing and a good price. Would stay here again!

Bella Vista

Felt like a treehouse out on the screened- in porch with serene setting. Very comfortable with a full washer and dryer if needed. Comfortable king (?) sized bed in one room. Be alert that this unit has stairs to access both bedrooms if that is an issue. There is a nice walkway below units that form a loop trail… very nice so check it out! The only concern I had (mainly because I was not familiar with this type of lock) was that there wasn’t a physical dead bolt that you put in place yourself or see from the inside like in a hotel room… you turn a knob and hear a slight locking sound that is the dead bolt but I just had to keep testing it out as I felt a little insecure about it. Otherwise, nice place and nice price!!
