The house was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen had everything i needed to cook meals. They supplied coffee pods, cream & sugar, hand washing soap, trash bags, paper towels…. really just bring your food. the showers included body wash, shampoo, & conditioner. The weather got cold, Temperatures of 18 degrees the morning we left so being able to put car in garage while loading was nice. The big fenced back yard for my dog was great and the hot tub was hot with strong jets. It melted away the stress of driving. We had a wonderful surprise party for my sister who lives in Bella Vista. The party was at my niece’s house not the rental as parties are not allowed per the rules, just to clarify. My mom and I had a lovely trip and staying at the Back 40 made it so nice and easy. i would stay here again. Thank you for being the perfect host.

Dog and bike friendly. Convenient access to the Back 40 trail. Feels out of the way but grocery stores and restaurants just minutes away. As well as local bike shops.

Great location for trail access, very nice quit neighborhood. The house was clean, comfortable and inviting. Hot was super nice and actually worked. The bike garage was the icing on the cake! The work stand was a life saver.

Quiet Neighborhood and Close to Bentonville/Trails

We loved our stay at this property for our family and dog. It was exactly as described and we really loved to outdoor space in the evenings after the daytime temperatures cooled down…the deck, hot tub, wooded lot was very relaxing. There were some really thoughtful touches that made our stay even more enjoyable. We utilized the desk/office space and extra monitors for work/school. The extra garbage bags, paper towels, dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent was such a great convenience. At first we had difficulty getting logged into WiFi but we had tried logging into the wrong network. The management team was very fast to reply and help us.We would highly recommend this property.

Rago Trail

This house sits right in front of a sick trail. The hot tub was a plus after riding all day. Will certainly book again.

Excellent rental stay with pups

Excellent rental! It is very clean, has much to offer in the area for activities, and many amenities. This property was great for our pups. They loved the fenced backyard. The owners were easy to communicate with and thought of everything to make a great rental.

Great house in a great location.

My husband and I came for a long weekend for lots of mountain biking, and this house was perfect for our needs. We could ride our bikes right over to the Back 40 and explore for hours. Bentonville was also an easy 15 minute drive away. Highly recommend this property.

Bike and Pet friendly

We were looking for a place that would allow us to have our pup Otis while being bicycle friendly and we found it here. Not only was Otis allowed to stay, there were some toys, a bed, and other pup friendly items, not to menrion the big fenced backyars for him to get his zoomies out! The place was clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. We will definitely be back.

Home away from home

As soon as we pulled in the drive way it felt like a home away from home. The house was cozy and welcoming. Will definitely look to book this home again when in the area.

Family trip

This house was perfect! The backyard is 5 star! My kids and dog were in heaven running around the entire trip out back! Everything was wonderful and we hope to book again next time we make a trip to see my grandma who lives close by.

Great visit to Bella Vista

We really enjoyed our stay at Rago Station. The house was super clean and cute, exactly as listed. Highly recommend this property, close to Bentonville restaurants and lots of biking trails.

Quiet neighborhood and beautiful well kept cozy home!

Very nice, clean, and cozy home. The house is well decorated and furnished with many locations to plug into and charge up. The bedrooms also have desks and computer monitors that make getting some work done much easier! The hot tub and backyard were also very nice and would be easy to host a pet and spend a few more days.

Cute clean home

We were celebrating our anniversary and just wanted to sneak away for an evening. I found this house and liked the decor and it looked cute and clean so we thought we'd give it a try. It didn't disappoint and was everything it was advertised as. The host was polite and very communicative and described all expectations and check in was easy with emailed keypad code and quick checkout via text. We wish we were more than just a day and would've brought our bicycles. Thought the bike stand and workspace in the garage was a nice touch and enjoyed having the soaps and shampoos available in the bathrooms and kitchen. It was well decorated and the electric fireplace was a nice touch for the cold evening. We would book again

Fall break

Exactly as described. We had a wonderful stay. Absolutely loved the fenced in back yard for our pups. Location was very close to trails for biking or hiking. We also enjoyed golfing at the nearby resorts. Bike rack brewery was great to go to for a late afternoon beer. We also ate at El Pueblito-a nearby mexican restaurant. Over all - very satisfied with stay. We would definitely stay here again!

A Gem in a Beautiful Community

This is pretty much the cleanest vacation rental I have ever stayed in. Immaculate. The property is 100% as advertised and was a complete joy to stay in. I will most certainly be back and am looking forward to it. Peaceful, clean (as mentioned) extremely comfortable, and well-appointed. I could not have chosen a better propriety in chich to send my time in NWA.
