Valet was clunky. Half the time requested car and they did not get it. The staff gatekeeping the rooftop restaurant were rude. Hotel guests were turned away when that is the only bar/restaurant on premises. Food sos-so. Lovely decor but will stay at Auburn Hotel next time.

This house is adorable in a darling community that is convenient to campus. The home is well-appointed and comfortable. Katherine is super responsive and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again.
