The condo was in a nice and quiet location with great proximity to the beach. The view was nice from the condo too. The accommodations provided with the condo were also great (kitchen, pool, etc.). The beach was nicer at the State Park beach access right up the street so it was nice that the pass was provided. The primary bed was smaller and a bit too firm. Flooring needs some improvement in some areas as well that were covered with rugs.

My Husband and I had the best 1 year anniversary trip with our fur babies! This was a great location walking distance to the ocean and a beautiful view of the beach from the condo! Jen was a great host and attentive from check in to check out.

Great location for visiting Hunting island state park.The community here is clean and well kept. The condos are older and could use some cleaning and renovation. Walking out from the condo it’s not your typical “beach” as there are no waves. But it is beautiful and something different.

A peaceful, comfortable stay with great hosts

We had a wonderful time here and cannot wait to return. We celebrated my 13 year old’s birthday here and she can’t wait to come back. The beach is very peaceful though it isn’t a place to swim, the wading is wonderful and the sand is clean. Our dog also loved running around. Just a great place.

Wonderful Family Time

We had a wonderful stay, very clean, short walk to the beach or pool. We traveled with our baby and dog. I wouldn’t necessarily call the property “baby friendly” but it was definitely comfortable. There wasn’t a rocking chair of any kind, and I didn’t know how much we relied on one until we didn’t have one for our baby. Note to self in the future of things to look for. Plenty of floor space in the bedroom for her pack and play. And we all loved the porch and felt very safe for her to toddle around. All in all, we would love to return and maybe bring our fold up rocking chair, lol!!

It will forever be known as turtle house.

It was our first family beach vacation and the location couldn’t have been better. The only little wobble we had for the entire visit was the horse flies on the beach.Otherwise absolutely, outstanding location, description, and layout for a small family getaway. We hope to return in the future.

Awesome location!

Beautiful, quit and peacefully retreat to get away from the hustle of life. Easy access to pool and beach. Hunting park is close to this location. Also, there are a couple of good restaurants nearby.

Great family stay!

This was a perfect place for my family to stay. Our 7 year old slept on the pull out sofa which is nice and comfortable, and the pack and play fits well in the large size main bedroom for our 1 year old. Having an additional toilet and sink in the half bath was super helpful too. We spent most of the time sitting out on the screened porch watching the birds and ocean waves. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Another beautiful stay

This is my 3rd time staying at this propery- 7days I. Summer 2020, 10 days summer 2021, and 3 days spring 2025. I hope to stay again summer 2025. The property is beautiful, quiet, has great views of the ocean, and a nice/relaxing community swimming pool steps from the front door. The owner is super quick with responses and very accommodating. Also, the property comes with a pass to Hunting Island State Park (less than a 5 minute drive away)- a beautiful and unspoiled beach and tropical forest. A rare and less well-known benefit is the fresh seafood store right outside the island gate. The seafood store is literally a few short steps away from the docks where the fishing boats come in each day so that you know you’re getting the absolute freshest seafood possible.
