The Host was very helpful and the unit had a beautifully stocked kitchen with everything you would need for a vacation stay. All the dishes matched and there were plenty of them. The Host made sure that all your needs were included in the Condo.Sunspot was very clean and in a wonderful location.

Beautiful and very well managed accommodations! Had all the kitchen and bathroom items. Libby was kind and amazing; she gave easy to understand instructions. Short walks to beach and pool. Very great week!

The Perfect Spot

This condo is absolutely perfect. It is located right on the beach, close to amenities, has a good pool, and is really clean. Libby, the host, is wonderful and incredibly hospitable. I hope to go back soon!

Awesome stay!!

My wife and I celebrated our 20-year wedding anniversary and this place was exactly what we were looking for. It is on the beach and near everything The host was excellent too. She provided all the information I needed beforehand and was always just a text away. We will definitely return.

Fabulous stay!

This unit is directly beachfront and is beautifully decorated! Everything is just as pictured and the unit has everything you could possibly need! The private pool for the complex is a plus! We saw so many deer right from our patio window and cannot wait to visit again!

Three-night stay

My wife and I had a great experience at this beautiful property. The setting was comfortable and inviting, and the beach was awesome. We especially loved experiencing sunrise on the beach, and then having coffee outside on the nice patio. Many thanks to our thoughtful host for making this property available.

Thanksgiving at the beach!

Wonderful location, convenient to beach and center island activities. Gorgeous sunrise over the ocean. Clean and well-appointed space. Owner is very attentive and responsive. One of our best rental experiences.

Clean, comfy, convenient

Might as well throw in another “C” for the excelent communication from booking to checkout with Libby, the host! This is a great spot on Fripp and is very well-equipped. Our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 teen boys) were comfortable. I highly recommend this place!

Everything we needed - or wanted

This is a lovely oceanfront villa with everything we needed - or wanted - for our relaxing getaway from the "real world!" We walked to the beach to watch the sunrise and sunset - and to look for shells - many times in just minutes. I can't wait to return to "Sunspot" for another totally relaxing trip to Fripp Island!

Wonderful stay at Sun Spot!

My parents and I stayed at Sun Spot for two weeks. Wonderful weather and outdoor table. Gorgeous sunrises every morning. Everything in the condo was perfect- very special memories! We’ll be back.

Amazing rental

We loved staying in this unit. Best location on the island as it is centrally located in the middle of the island. Nicely decorated, very clean and had everything we needed, Very comfortable and right on the beach. Nice pool and great beach access. I would highly recommend this unit and will definitely stay here again. The owner was very kind and accommodating. Thanks for sharing your condo with us!

Sunspot

Our visit to Fripp Island was everything we wanted. The property owner, Libby, was available to care for our needs but not at all in our way. We were right on the beach (which was great) and could see the sunrise from our bedroom. Everything we needed was right there. I would readily go back again.

Quiet spring break

This was our first visit to Fripp Island. It was wonderful! Libby was phenomenal! She welcomed our family as if we were staying in her home. The Villa was clean, nicely decorated and stocked to meet our every need. The oceanfront view was spectacular. Having a beach access right at our door was an added benefit. We hope this is the first of many visits to Fripp.

Great week!

Barbara is a wonderful host. Very communicative and concerned that we had a pleasant stay. The location was perfect -- pool and beach being within walking distance. We had 3 adults and 4 kids under 8 -- which probably is max capacity for kids. If you have just adults and some older children - this would be a perfect property. Thank you Barbara !

Frequent frippers

This condo was exactly what we were looking for! Location, location, location was key. Libby was great and very communicative before, during and after the stay. She even acted quickly when someone parked in our spot. We had amenity cards but definitely did not need them as we spent most time at the beach or property pool. At night we enjoyed watching the deer and star gazing. Highly recommend!

Clean, comfortable, and nice location...

Condo was very clean and tidy. Kitchen was well stocked. We stayed in the dead of winter, so, we didn't use the bikes or beach supplies, but they were readily available. Condo was in a great quiet location right on the beach with great views. The owner, Mrs. Libby, was very quick to reply in communications and eager to share info with you. Will surely keep on our list for our next visit to Fripp.

Sweet spot

The property was clean and well stocked. The location was perfect as we were able to easily walk to the beach via the public access or the boardwalk of the villas. The pool was a great alternative when the wind picked up. The public access doesn’t have a place to rinse the sand off, but the villa boardwalk does. Libby was communicative and easily reached. My morning coffee on the patio with the ocean in view was frequently interrupted by deer, but that is not a complaint! There is so much to enjoy on Fripp and the Sun Spot makes it easy to do so.
