"First the not preferable : Be careful when booking. The second floor rooms (3 rooms) share one small bathroom and there’s no extra first floor bathroom. The first floor bathrooms probably have a private bath. We went through Expedia. Maybe book direct so you can ask questions. Our room came with 2 standard sized towels. "Clean, comfortable room in a great home. Perfect location for quick travel to the beaches of LBI, the Edmund Forsyth wildlife refuge, and plenty of dining/dessert options. We had a wonderful week and will be sure to stay again. For the price, I would’ve excused barebones accommodations, but The Bay Breeze house was anything but. It had everything you could ask for. Dawn is a great host, friendly and communicative. Check-in and check-out couldn’t be simpler."

"Our stay was quite enjoyable in the Captain's Quarters! Bed was comfortable, room was very clean, bathroom was very clean, amenities were all provided and then some. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to any one who is needing a place to stay in the area. Quite convenient to AC and LBI which are the 2 places we were visiting."

"As it turned out, my wife and I were unable to stay at the Captain's Cottage due to a severe weather front that was going through that part of New Jersey when we were scheduled to stay there. The weather was so severe that New Jersey was under a State of Emergency at the time and severe flooding was anticipated.
