"Beautiful space with a decidedly contemporary vibe. Complete with all appliances and other appointments (including a first aid kit!). Owner was very accommodating and flexible. They went above and beyond by supplying a wheelchair ramp and spare keys when digital lock malfunctioned. Highly recommend this spot!"

"The hosts were communicative and helpful. The property is not as nice as it looks in photos. The house needs some internal and exterior upkeep. The fourth bedroom is a converted garage and the sink in that en suite bathroom was not well connected - the tap could be lifted off the sink and it made a loud whining sound when it was turned on. "The location was perfect for all of our adventures. The close ones were less than 15 minutes away (Universal Studios, Dinner and Show at Pantages, Hollywood Sign, Griffith Park, etc.). We also did several longer day trips and being right off the highway was so convenient (Ventura to Channel Islands NP - 1 hour and Joshua Tree NP - 2 hours).
