We parked the car when we pulled into the garage and didnt get back into it until we left 3 days later.A great stay for larger families or groups. 2 minute walk to the beach(i timed it)Gas grill and 6 seat table on balcony out back.Couldnt ask for a better place to stay for the price "

"Enjoyed the historic cottage and the close walk to the beach and places to eat. Cottage could use a bit of maintenance on front door floor pad, made it awkward going in and out.and bathroom door knob ready to fall off Shower hot and cold backwards, made for interesting discovery. Host very responsive to our needs."

"We come to San Diego every summer and this has been our favorite house so far! Every room was so comfy and accommodating. Wish all of the rooms had TV’s but that’s nothing major. Washer and dryers are a must for a family of 10, having two sets was a life saver! We loved the location and will be returning next summer!"

"Had a great stay at this two story condo just a 5 minute walk to the beach. We had three adult couples, one bedroom per couple for a weekend and we were very comfortable with the space. The kitchen, dining and living areas were spacious as well, although it would be nice to have an additional seating around the TV (there was only one couch when we were there). "Easy check in, everything about the unit was exactly as advertised. Parking in the garage is a bit tough because the alley is very narrow (don't have a large rental vehicle!) Location can't be beat - incredibly close to Mission Beach, Belmont Park, restaurants, etc."

The hardest part was no dedicated parking spot for each tenant - we sometimes had to park multiple streets over and walk to the unit."

The home was spacious enough for 5 adults and the outdoor spaces- patio and balcony- were such a treat. Safe neighborhood with lots of amenities near by. The neighborhood respected the quiet times from 10 pm to 8 am. The 5 of us were very comfortable including comfy beds, temperature control, and privacy. "This house is in the best location. We walked to PB, we walked to breakfast, we walked to Mission Bay Park. And if you need to stock up on grocery’s there’s a store under a mile and Trader Joe’s even closer. The place is pretty small and we had two adults and two kids under 4, so space was limited, but we made it work. We spent a good amount of time in the backyard so it didn’t feel so crammed. This house is perfect for just a couple looking to relax and get away in a nice quiet neighborhood...
