This is our favorite house to stay in. The house has everything you need and want. The home owners are so thoughtful. The house is always very clean, smells good, has all the accommodations, and is very welcoming. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Long Weekend

Everything was perfect for our family Birthday and Father’s Day Celebration Weekend. The accommodations and attention to detail was the best we’ve had at a rental property. We hope to return soon!

Love this house

Everything about our stay was perfect. They provide everything you need for a great get away. They have the best little coffee bar and love the extras they put in the bathrooms. They provide little things to make you feel special and welcome. We have stayed before and already have our next trip in July booked.

Short Getaway

We came to the property for a short spring break vacation. There was plenty of space for all seven of us even with the size of the house. Debbie made sure we had everything that we needed for the trip. The kids loved the swing out back and the game room, which was a pleasant surprise. The guys had a great time fishing out on the large dock. The only thing I would suggest is a handheld shower head for the second bathroom. The shower was a little tight for some of the adults, and I think that would help. All in all the family had a great time!

Perfect Getaway!

This property was awesome! Owners were so kind and accommodating! Property was very clean and well taken care of. The backyard was a little oasis on the water! We were able to catch some crab in the crab traps, fish on the dock and kayak! Inside included so many extras like bath products and a popcorn machine to make the stay extra special! Would definitely recommend staying here! The owners will definitely go out if their way to take care of you!!!

Creek life!

We had a fabulous time at palm haven. The house was nice and clean. They provide extras to make the stay that much more enjoyable. The washer and dryer was a huge plus. The kids loved the game room with candy machines and popcorn machine. The poker table was great for them to play games on. The owners were great and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back. I would highly recommend this house.

Loved our stay

the house was perfect for 3 couples. one of the best set up vacation rental homes we have ever stayed in. the kitchen was well equipped and the bathrooms had everything you could possibly need. loved the poker table and popcorn maker that we put to good use. The home has been updated nicely and is decorated very well. king bed in main bedroom was very comfortable with great pillows and sheets. our favorite part of the stay was sitting out on the lawn in the shade near the water. so peaceful and relaxing. I caught about a 15 lb black drum. What fun it was to reel it in! We will be back. Great hosts. no complaints.

Family decompression time

First time to Sargent and this place set the bar high for potential future stays in the area. Quiet neighborhood and plenty of parking on site. House was inviting and provided all the extras a traveler may forget. Nice sized fenced backyard with a deck on the creek, good for fishing and crabbing. Beach access about 15 minutes down the road & over the bridge. Host was amazing & timely with the occasional assistance we needed.

Great Cozy House on Caney Creek

Lovely house with everything you'll ever need. Cozy with a beautiful fenced yard! Great dock, big enough to actually move around and fish and bar to sit and chat! Caught lots of crabs and had a crab feast Thank you for sharing your your home with us. Great house!!

Friends & Family Getaway

This property was so nice. The home was perfect. It had everything we needed and then some. The backyard was so nice and shaded with a nice breeze. The view of the water was beautiful, and the fishing pier was perfect! We had so much fun and did some much needed relaxing too! The owners were so nice and easy to contact. I highly recommend this property.

Over the top! Going to be a repeat spot

The host thought of every detail! The moment we walked into the house we knew it was the right choice. From the beds, complementary coffee bar, WiFi, fishing, games, I could keep going, everything was perfect! The host is amazing and very friendly. The Best Get Away.

I found this location and feel in love with it not knowing that it belongs to the same owner's as the previous Beach House we rented last year,you have to see this beautiful waterfront, it's amazing.

Palm Haven Paradise

In Sargent for the first time to do some night fishing from the dock. Unfortunately Mother Nature had other ideas. Recent flooding had the dock under water until our last day there. We still managed to enjoy quality family time. The home was one of the best we’ve rented. Comfy beds, gorgeous outdoor space. Very relaxing! The owners were gracious and accommodating. Planning to return soon!

Peaceful Getaway

We really enjoyed staying here! Deb and Andrew have clearly put a ton of effort and thought into the property and we had everything we needed. If you don't fish there isn't a whole lot to do in Sargent, but we really enjoyed just relaxing while there. The house was clean, the kitchen well-stocked, and the beds were really comfortable. The real draw for us was the giant backyard with the dock and fire pit though!

Great place to relax.....

Great place to just relax and get away from it all. Beautiful house with a well maintained and relaxing yard, a great fishing dock and fish cleaning station. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We frequent AirBNB's/VRBO's and this is by far the most well appointed and accommodating property we've stayed at thus far. Everything you need was provided and available for use. Definitely a must for those just looking for peace and quiet and a get-away-from-it-all trip.

Great weather on the Creek

The property is right on Caney Creek, convenient for fishing, boating and relaxing. The backyard has a firepit, grill and deck on the water. Great for family gatherings.

Loved Our Stay!

We attended a wedding in Sargent and stayed in Palm Haven for the evening. I wish we could have stayed longer. It's directly on the water and so relaxing. The beds were extremely comfortable and everything was well stocked for a perfect stay. Thank you! We'll be back:)
