"First of all, the house is about a 1 minute walk to the beach, which was such a time saver. It gave us so much more time to spend at the beach instead of commuting. The house was very clean and welcoming. The decor was super cute and beachy. It was stocked with games and books and there is free wifi, which is always appreciated. There's a beautiful screened in porch with a great view. And you can see the beach from the wrap around front porch. Also, there were three bedrooms and plenty of beds...

"Had such a wonderful time at this property. Russel was a great host. Super accommodating ad even let us check in a bit earlier than the check in time of 4pm so we could put our youngest down for a nap. We really appreciated that. The home was spotless when we got there and we were able to quickly get settled and spend some family time together. We had such a blast and hope to be back in the future!"

"Enjoyed my stay with family visiting on weekends. Very close beach access!!!. Great porch for watching the ocean. all as advertised. We did bring drinking water as water has "well smell" , as expected. Neighborhood/ the beach gets a little loud on weekends but I enjoyed their music. Definitely will book again when in area"

"Good home to rent for adult couples other houses have more than one bed in a room which makes it awkward for couples , this house has queen beds in three bedrooms which makes it perfect to rent and share!"

"The property is well decorated and clean. Perfect size for a larger family. Pros: You can see the water from the front deck which has a great large inset bench for everyone to sit on in the morning and have coffee. The water you see in front of you is rocks with no beach. Go to the right and you will find the jetty if you like to fish. Go to the left for about 4 minutes and you will hit the beach. Nice morning walk beach for laying out in the beach. The free beach/camp beach is 3 miles away....

"Steve was so helpful and easy to contact. The condo was very clean & beds were comfortable as well. Great location with views of the beach from both balconies. This condo community is unique to Matagorda as it has a beautiful pool area. Great for families . I have future plans to stay in this condo again for sure."

"Our stay was great, it could have been better though had the weather cooperated but that is something you cant control it was just a little too cold at times. Outside of the cold this place is awsome and we are already planning a trip back to enjoy it when it warms up. You get a little off everthing the tranquility, clean sea breeze, stars at night. Then you have the beach on one side where my daughters had a blast walking and finding sea shells. On the other side the ICW with a private lighted...
