"An Unforgettable Stay – Luxury, Comfort, and Convenience. We had a great time staying at this beautiful and very clean house. It had everything we needed—great amenities, comfy beds, and a fully equipped kitchen. The whole place felt luxurious and relaxing.The location was excellent—close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. "This was a dream spot for KC. The property was just outside of the city but was quaint and quiet as if we were an hour outside of town. The view is so perfect for a night on the rooftop to catch up and the hot tob was ideal after many hours of travel. Jessica was so friendly, easy to contact, and quick to respond. Check in and check out were so easy! Would recommend every time!"

"What a great location for Kansas City, I still can't believe we were able to get this a few days before Nebraska fans invaded the city for the game at Arrowhead. Close to Arrowhead Kauffman, downtown, westport, great food, nice neighborhood, etc. Had a hard time getting a ton of water pressure in the master bathroom shower, but a very very minor issue given how well the house worked for us. "

"Very disappointing for a hotel of this category We stayed at the Intercontinental in Kansas for 6 days and, unfortunately, the experience was far from what we expected, especially regarding service and room cleanliness. Throughout our entire stay, housekeeping only cleaned our room once, and that was after we requested it politely. When we asked again more firmly, they finally sent someone, but only under the condition that we leave the room before 11 a.m. and notify the front desk. Even when we followed those instructions, we would return at night to find the room still dirty, with no clean towels to shower and food trays piling up. This happened several days in a row, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be high-end. Honestly, this is the kind of issue you cam deal staying at a house or a 2-star motel not from a supposed luxury hotel. It was a frustrating experience that we definitely do not recommend and will not repeat. If basic housekeeping cannot be guaranteed, it’s clear there’s a serious problem with management or customer service."
