This rental needs a lot of general maintenance. Holes in the walls, questionable electrical, unreliable door lock, switch cover plates broken, main floor toilet had to be flushed by removing the lid and pulling up on the lever.

Quiet older neighborhood, close to a Walmart, McDonalds and the interstate. Inside was clean but could do with some care and maintenance. One of the dining chairs collapsed during dinner with one of our group falling to the floor. Another felt quite rickety and we found two more broken ones in the garage. There was a hole in the wall in one of the bedrooms where someone previous had opened the door too hard. There were only 6 forks for a sleeps 12 property. The stairs outside were dangerous and in need of repair. The inside was clean and all of the appliances worked fine. With a little bit of improved maintenance this would be a fine property. The owner Boris was easy to work with and promised to look into the repairs.

Nice, clean and clean apartment and quiet neighbohood

Very clean and nice sized bedrooms. Living area is a little small if you have a larger group but doable. Great hot water and pressure in the showers. Huge plus!If you are a washcloth person, there were no wash cloths in the lower level shower. There was only one sharp knife that wasn’t very sharp in the kitchen. If you have a large group there were only 7 forks and no hand towels in the kitchen.Coffee, filters and some seasonings were provided. Nice cabinet space in kitchen.We really appreciated how clean the place was with some nice updates. Communication was quick and easy. Location was good for getting downtown - great location. Directions all easy to follow. Would be a lovely space for 6 adults. In addition to our 6 adults we had 5 children between 7 months and 8 years so space to move was a little small. All that said, we enjoyed our short stay at this lovely place.

One night stay

We had to go back and forth from this location to some other appointments we had to keep in the area. It was close to freeways but also in a quiet neighborhood at the end of a culs-de-sac. It was perfect for us. The address is listed as XYZ Street (or Ave., I forget which). It's actually the other one, but Google got us there without any trouble. We had 7 adults and 2 children in our group.

Family Christmas

Loved the place and had plenty of room for all 10 of us. Owner was very responsive and it was spotlessly clean. Needed a couple more chairs but other than that it was great. Don't trust Google maps. Use the directions on VRBO only.

Separate spaces

We had a group of adults that were visiting Worlds of fun amusement park and instead of each one paying for a hotel room, we all went together and rented this home. It was great that we each had our own spaces and even though it was not close to the park, it was easy to navigate to via interatate and it was not far off the interstate. If you will be staying with light sleepers, be aware the doors to the bedrooms and bathroom upstairs are quite loud because they stick just a little. I was pleasantly surprised to see shampoo conditioner and body wash dispenser in the shower and the closets were labeled to let us know there were additional towels and bedding available. We could not get the ice maker on the refrigerator to make any ice, but we did not rent the property for that! It is located in a cul-de-sac and parking is limited to the driveway due to the rest of the street being other driveways or taken by other vehicles. If our group returns to the area, this property will be on our list to stay again. Nothing extravagant, but clean and comfy which is what we were looking for!
