"This is not worth the cost. It is basically a farm stay surrounded by introduced trees with the faint smell of cow dung and the sound of gun shots. It may be near beautiful native trees of the Otways, but they are not accessible. The property map provided is out of date and access to the waterfalls hasn't been maintained. Be prepared for long arduous walks and rock climbing to access them. We stayed for a week on daily rates but had no top up of supplies. We had to supply our own soap, bin...

"2nd time staying, we enjoy the gardens, freedom for dogs to run around a fenced yard, watching the birdlife. neat and tidy property, comfy beds, well appointed kitchen. we shall return"

"This cottage was just what we needed. Had everything, even a knife sharpener. Our elderly dog was very comfortable. Views for days and the wild life and farm life were a treat. Definitely coming back here"

"Sweet little cottage in a lovely garden minutes from the beach.it is also dog friendly and our dog loved the garden and sleeping on the deck. My daughter loved the studio as it is quite seperate and private."

"The property gave everything it promised and more. Owners were more than helpful and friendly. Birds and other wildlife, kangaroos echidnas etc, were abundant adding to the very pleasant natural surroundings."
