"This listing is deceiving. The whole area was under a blizzard warning. They had roughly 3 days notice that this storm was coming, and it did. 14 inches of snow later I’m supposed to check in but the host forgot to make sure the rental was plowed. Her words “oh yeah I forgot that” when I called to find out what was going on. I was refunded that first day. Day two, and I didn’t get checked in until after 11am. So most of the day gone. "I checked in on Wednesday and checked out on Sunday. Saturday at 4pm, I was tired that the room had NEVER been cleaned/checked, so I went to the front desk and got more trash bags and clean towels. Made me start to question how clean the rooms are between guests. Staff are very friendly. Just wish housekeeping was better!"
