Quite exept for the ocean
It was as advertised, quiet and secluded. The driveway must be experienced. Not just the rough road, but the verge on both sides. Under construction, would like to see it finshed. Stairs are a little steep and slick in the rain. Was glad it had the mesh on the sudes, however its coming apart and caused us enough worry, we carried the dog up and down. Worried not only her catching her body on a wire, but she's blind and we worried about her eyes.The house was tudy and comfortable. Loved the open space and the bed was very comfortable, we even tried to figure how to take it with us. Bathroom, clean, tidy, but the shower knob was difficult to turn and some sort of safety thing on the bottom...very slick.Plenty of dishes to eat from, but serving dishes were very lacking. Be sure to bring storage containers, storage bags, foil, pot holders. The front windows stick, we had a difficult time getting one closed, the other never was able to shut completely. It rained hard during our time there and we stayed cozy, a wood stove would have really added. The gutters must have been worked on, the water coming off the roof came together near the door, so going out you got a little splashed. The door code was so long, there was no way to remember it, so i was afraid to even run down to the car without my phone, far of being locked out.In general, now that we know some things about the place, we would/will stay again, better prepared All in all it was very relaxing.
