"The room was very good and the hotel is in very good condition. The breakfast and the serving staff was very good. The one big negative was that their Wifi did not work through our stay and the front desk staff were least interested in helping us out. Dont know if it was an one off but for us not having a local data connection, the lack of Wifi was a big negative"

"The staff is really good and friendly. They are warm and remembered me from the past stays. They are very helpful and willing to accommodate needs. The breakfast is excellent. The location is walkable to many restaurants and shopping places. Will stay there again."

"The hotel is located conveniently. Various restaurants are all walking distance. The staffs cleans room every day. Every morning breakfast is provided at room. Overall I like the place."

"Promptness at work and also handling of each and very individual enquiry with utmost care requirements were missing and reminders were required to be placed to get anything done. Overall a great experience but this could be improved. Luxury hotel stays aren’t the same as they were back in the nineties or early 2000. Maybe it’s just me but this is what I felt. "
