"It's in a rural spot off the highway but great location for what we wanted. We visited Franklin gem mines, Cherokee, and Bryson City all within a short drive. The house was clean minus a few dust bunnies. It definitely has some wear and tear but for the cost and location I have no complaints. My only negative which I'm not sure if the home owner can even control is that the tap water smelled horrible. Bring your own drinking water. "

"Could not have been better. Property was even better than expected. I spent time talking to and getting to know the neighbors, all very nice people. Spectacular views yet close to everything we needed, even saw an elk walking across the street. Communication with the owner was second to none. She replied promptly to every question, supplied area information, no detail left undone."

"We thuroughly enjoyed our stay in Maggie Valley. The property is just as it's shown in the photos. The views are outstanding. The home was well equipped with everything you could need. We stayed for 10 days and never ran out of things to do. The deck with the hit tub and fire pit were a huge bonus. We were able to spend time in town which is in walking distance and also travel a short distance to explore other local areas. We had such a great time and appreciate the home immensely."

"Beautiful Setting! The waterfalls and pond were a hit with the kids as they loved sliding into and playing in the water kettle! Hours of fun! The fire pit with the sounds of the creek was top notch! We were with family and the children loved having the first floor all to themselves. The house is very comfortable with plenty of space and a first rate kitchen. The decks have wonderful views of the falls and pond, all in all an ideal place to stay!"
