Broken chair outside.Outdoor steps and deck need paint. Broken bed frame in upstairs bedroom. Broken swing glider. No BBQ. Just some kind of hot plate that is rusting. No A/C. "I loved the location and communication was very good. A little disappointed in the very uncomfortable sofa(for sitting while watching tv) and thought the water pressure was going to be an issue but it magically fixed itself by the second day. Would love to see if the upstairs rental is so much better but did have a budget."
