"Whenever I visit town, Rydges is always my first choice. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the bedding and pillows are excellent, and the location is fantastic. The front desk staff were absolutely wonderful — polite, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which I truly appreciated. However, this stay was a little disappointing. I was given an accessible room that wasn’t suited to my needs, and I didn’t want to take a room that someone else might genuinely need. I wasn't aware I had this room...

"The hotel was perfect and appreciate the upgrade. Wish I had booked 2 nights. Had brunch at the lobby bar but they never placed my order. Finally one attendant sorted it all out when he found out, and in the end didn’t charge me for the meal. Kind of a downer because there’s a lot of spots that people can dine at so more attention needed for training here and having staff that care because your houseguests give you priority over the neighboring eateries.
