"Property was as described T&C's stated we would have access details 3 days prior to arrival but this didn't happen. We contacted host and were told we would have them on the afternoon prior to arrival, this change was disappointing and unsettling as we have experianced catastrophic failure with other rentals so either the T&C were incorrect or the host was mistaken in delaying either way there was an breach of contract outside of our control and was unexpected and unsettling as less than 72hrs...

"This house was perfect for us - 3 adults. It was in a cute neighborhood and had a cute yard. We had a little snag with the unlocking/locking of the door which is why I gave that 4 stars but the host gave us great instructions once asked - some combo of holding the handle up while using the key - we found this on other stays in the UK and in Ireland. The house clean and spacious and met all our needs - sorry we only had one night there before moving on as it was quite a perfect place to stay!...
