"One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived, staff were so helpful and friendly. Our room was a sea view, and had a lovely balcony. Rooms are slightly dated, but the beds were super comfortable. A couple if things which could be improved - the safe wasn't big enough for a laptop, the shower was very small, there was no airer for wet swimming things - minor points. We used the spa each day, which was lovely - extensive facilities and quiet. The hotel is quite a way from the main areas of Puerto de la Cruz, and up a hill. We found it ok to walk down, and took a taxi for 5€ coming back. Would definitely recommend and return "
