"The property and room was excellent. We liked the location and how quiet it was. The room was spacious, clean and tidied. Management could have told me that the Nuki pad to entee the room wasn't working. I had to call to get a different instruction to access the room."

The owner’s representatives at Pickaflat were not only kind and understanding but extremely accommodating and patient to answer our questions. "Beautiful apartment in a great location, short stroll to the Metro so very easy to get around Paris, lots of cafes, restaurants, shops close by - the patisserie below is a must! Host Philippe was fantastic, responded quickly and very accommodating - free WiFi was such a bonus too! Loved every minute of our time in Paris, made all the more special staying at this lovely apartment. Highly recommend"

"We loved being so close to everything, yet just barely enough removed from where all the traffic was ~ 1/2 block away. It is a wonderful location and very quiet. The terrace made the space seem even bigger, too. When it wasn’t raining, we got to enjoy the outdoor space. The owner and housekeeper even stopped by to greet us and drop off fresh plants for the terrace. The bedroom is small, but it met our needs for sleeping. "el contacto con el dueño del apartamento fue fenomenal. nos facilitó todas las posibilidades para la llegada pero el apartamento en sí tiene un problema con el cuarto de baño, con los olores y lo mal que está y lo incómodo que es el baño, las tuberías están por fuera y un tramo detrás del baño abierta, en la ducha no se entra y además tiene un escalón enorme ( 30 ó 40 cm) encajonado entre el wc y la lavadora, realmente imposible y lo peor de todo el olor."

"El apartamento es acogedor, pero lo mejor que tiene es la localización. Hay varias paradas de metro muy cerca y está rodeado de tiendas, cafeterías, supermercados, etc, y a su vez es una zona tranquila y sin ruidos. Una ubicación muy cómoda!!"
