"Mixed experience due to inconsistent staff service
I booked this hotel in a rush, which led to a rather mixed experience. On the positive side, when I had heavy luggage upon arrival, a female staff member kindly and helpfully explained where to find the luggage cart. However, a male staff member standing nearby just stared blankly without offering any assistance.
Later, due to a change in my travel plans, I wanted to extend my stay, but the hotel was completely sold out. We had no choice but...

"수원 놀러 갔다가 하루 묵었는데 생각보다 너무 만족스러웠어요ㅎㅎ 수원시청역이랑 수원화성이랑도 가까워서 구경하고 이동하기 편했고, 숙소도 전체적으로 깔끔해서 좋았어요! 특히 침구랑 수건이 깨끗하고 뽀송해서 편하게 잘 쉬다 왔네요. 사장님도 친절하시고 다음에 수원 오면 또 여기서 묵으려고요~"

"I have stayed here multiple times but this recent stay in October was very unpleasant because this hotel heavily restricts the AC. There was a mini heat wave last week, and my room temperature was 80F for most of my stay. They did provide a fan, but it barely made any difference. Even when the AC did come on from 11am to 3pm, the room temperature dropped only 4F after several hours. I was forced to move to another hotel, but they did refund me so that was good."

"It was very convenient to visit Paldalmun Gate at Suwon Hwaseong, the nearby traditional markets, and Suwon Chicken Street all in one trip. We were able to enjoy sightseeing, local food, and shopping without having to travel far.
After exploring the area, it was also easy to find restaurants and convenience stores near the hotel for meals or anything we needed.
The room was clean and comfortable, and overall, it was a great place to stay while exploring Suwon."
