Up winding roads and 45 minutes from any grocery store, this place is a drive to get to, but very worth it. Nestled among big trees and big hills, the cabins sit along a hillside overlooking the lake. On the other side of the resort, plenty of RV sites. Make sure to take your 4X4 vehicle and explore this huge property - complete with an old airplane runway, farm fields and timber cuttings. The cabins may look rustic and weathered but inside they are excellently stocked with new appliances and everything you'll need. The pictures don't do the interiors justice, they really are great. A nice, big deck to enjoy the stars, the coyotes, the blue jays, etc. A long way from anything but an old watering hole bar down the road, you're still a solid 30 mins from King's Canyon/Sequoia North Entrance. This is a great place for those who like the comforts of home but don't mind being far from civilization. Enjoyable stay!
