"The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. The roof-top terrace had a very nice view of the main road & the Dal lake, both at night and in daytime. "It was not as we expected. The boat was located in a very congested area without any open view. The access to the boat was from land only through a very run down area killing the whole experience. On top, the hospitality was not good. The care taker showed resistance to provide any service about food etc. no towels in the bathrooms. Look for a better place to stay. "

"Owner couldn’t do enough to help as was the case with the rest of the staff. They even installed a shower for us as we enquired if any of the rooms had a shower, which they didn’t. Unfortunately water pressure so poor on the top floor that it was impractical to use. We were in room 310 on the top floor.
