"The cottage was perfect for my friend and I. The added bonus with the beach hut made it even more special! The cottage was well equipped, the beds comfortable and location was excellent. "This a sizeable property and well placed for easy access to Beach, Town and shops. It has 5 bedrooms including a downstairs bedroom and en-suite. Some updating needed of facilities which has been fed back. However, this was a great success as it’s very hard to find suitable accommodation for people with mobility issues and I was staying with my parents who are 88 & 89 respectively. "Charming house in an ideal location just across from the Byes and a short walk into Sidmouth. Parking can be a little tricky, but the owners had provided a folder containing lots of useful information, including alternative parking."

"Lovely chalet and facilities. Only 2 problems noted. The grass around the chalet needed cutting. We reported a fault with the toilet continuously the house keeper’s husband came out but was unable to fix it. We had to switch of the water to the boiler on the night time as it disturbed our sleep. besides these 2 issues our stay was very enjoyable and would definitely stay there again. "
