Perfection. There is truly no other way to describe this property. We had five families with kids of varying ages staying at this house and it accommodated us all beautifully. From the rooftop deck to the garage gym and golf cart, no detail was overlooked. The location was amazing! The property was spotless when arrived and everything was exactly where the property manager said it would be. To boot, the property manager provided a number of amazing recommendations to make our trip to Avila truly one to remember. 10/10 would recommend!

Beautiful Home

We had an amazing time in Avila. This house is exactly as pictured. It is very spacious, very comfortable, has so many amenities and is in an excellent location. We used the bikes, boogie boards and the kayaks and had so much fun! Easy to walk into town or use the golf cart to make a quick trip. Jay is very easy to work with and a great communicator. We would stay here over and over again.

Wonderful spot for a family vacation

Cobbo's Beach House is an amazing location for a family vacation. Avila Beach is still a quaint beach town with plenty to keep you busy, especially when your rental provides everything you could possibly need. The house is spacious - even with 17 of us staying in the house, it never felt crowded. The Great Room was perfect for when we all wanted to be together but the various levels let the teens have their space away from the adults and little ones. And we could not have asked for a better location. The beach is just a short walk or golf cart ride away and the biking/running trail across the street was a wonderful surprise. Trying to find a house that caters to our whole group - from 5 years old to 80 years old - is near impossible but Cobbo's Beach House managed to tick every box and bring everyone together under one perfect roof. We will definitely look at making a return stay!

Eleven family members were able to stay at this amazing property while we celebrate a milestone birthday for mom/nana. Everyone had a space to call their own! House was clean and very comfortable. Our host Jay was very responsive which was appreciated. The family agreed we would love to return!

Amazing Home & Beautiful Area!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this magnificent beach home! The views were amazing, the home was well-appointed, and Jay was very accommodating, as well! I do have one suggestion:If a large group, as ours was, reserves the home for more than a few days, please supply paper products and dishwasher pods accordingly. We ran out of TP & DW pods about half-way through our 5-night stay, and the local grocery store was not well-stocked. We had to travel quite a distance to buy supplies.Thanks, again, Jay, and we are looking forward to returning!

Rio Bravo Family Medicine Retreat

Overall, very pleased with the house and its many amenities. We didn't get to take advantage of all of them, but if we come back, now we know better what to expect. While we understood the need for all of the 'rules' and instructions sent to us ahead of time, it did feel a bit off-putting when every potential infraction was listed with a corresponding fine. Wanted to click other and list co-workers for who stayed at property, but this form wouldn't let us do that.

Amazing experience

My family stayed here to celebrate my mom’s 70th. The house is gorgeous, comfortable, and so fun. We loved playing ping pong, hanging out on the rooftop Skybar, riding bikes to the beach, and cooking on the outdoor smoker and grill. The owner is super nice and communicative. Highly recommend this amazing place.

The absolute best!

This house is absolutely amazing. It has everything you need, and more! It ended up raining most of our stay, unfortunately, so we weren't able to get to the beach as much as we'd expected. Luckily the house is so awesome, the rain didn't damper our mood at all. The rooftop jacuzzi was a big hit, rain or shine! The house is so spacious-- it didn't feel like we were on top of each other at all. Everyone had a fantastic time, despite the weather. The house truly has it all! The owner Jay is also super awesome-- he is very helpful with his messages leading up to your stay & gets back to your text messages very quickly. Not only is the house awesome, its location is unbeatable. Even my lazy 3 year old didn't have a problem walking to the beach :) I would love to be able to stay here again in the future!! 10 stars, for sure.

75th Birthday Celebration

The property is beautiful and the location and views from the house are exceptional! We could not want for anything. The owners thought of everything! Jay was wonderful and always available for any questions we had. All of the beds are comfortable and each room has a big screen TV. I loved that everyone had their en suite bathroom. The house is wonderful for large families. We loved being in next level accommodations! We will definitely be back!

Magnificent!

Our stay at Cabbo's Beach House was magnificent. The property is a nice easy walk to town and the ocean. The property is beautiful and well thought out. Whomever decorated the house made each room and bathroom spectacular. We loved the rooftop setting for sunsets and relaxing; the 3rd floor open area/kitchen was so large that the entire family was easily accommodated. Beds were very comfortable. All amenities were first class with shampoo, body wash, bath towels, hot tub towels, beach towels all available for everyone. We loved the kitchen with every possible mixing bowl, pot, pan, dish you'd ever need available. We didn't get to use all the sporting equipment as we were busy with a wedding in SLO, but if there was anything you can think of, the equipment was there--bikes, boards, kayaks, wagons, sun canopies and on and on! We loved Cabbo BeachHouse and can't thank Jay and Lisa for the hospitality and excellent instructions on making the stay the best possible. We'll be back!

Wedding Celebration Weekend

Our families gathered to celebrate our recent marriage. The house absolutely exceeded our expectations. The amenities and appliances were over the top! Everything was exceptionally clean and organized. The attention to detail was extraordinary. We were impressed with the owner's response to our needs and his willingness to ensure our stay was perfect. And it was-Perfect!

Amazing house with next-level luxury

This is an amazing house with what I would call 'next level' luxury. Details were well thought out from the 3 dishwashers, washer/dryers and coffee makers to the automated locks, remote shades and elevator. Everything worked as it should. Technology was well documented and remotes were well organized. Pictures and floorplan were very accurate. We had no negative surprises and the house exceeded our high expectations. Quality materials and furniture used in the home. Decorating was very pleasant and high ceilings made all of the rooms impressive but still comfortable. The great room and patio are perfect for a large group. We had 15 adults at dinner and it was very comfortable. Soundproofing between floors is excellent The toys and amenities provided everything we needed. The group really enjoyed playing ping pong. The golf cart made it easy for those who were unable to walk to the beach and restaurants.

Annual Girl's Trip!

This house did not disappoint, especially with 12 high maintenance hair dressers! Us girls travel once a year together and this is by far the best home yet. The pictures and virtual tour does not do justice to how beautiful this home was in person! This felt like a home, not a rental property! Location couldn't be better and views were stunning, especially on the roof top. Cobbo's Beach House is AMAZING and can't wait to return! Thank you Jay for being so accommodating and sharing your home with us...
