My family enjoyed this well stocked home. Here is a list of what we liked: furnishings in great shape, comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood., close to beach and spacious home. Every thing was great and never needed to contact property manager. I give this home an excellent rating!

The bedrooms downstairs were tiny. The bathroom very small . Not really a good place for 6 adults. Also, the windows in downstairs could not be opened and that is not acceptable

Property is exceptionally clean. There is plenty of comfortable seating in the living and dining areas for the three bedrooms which is not always the case with vacation rentals. The beds were comfortable. Short walk to the beach and easy drive to SLO. Thanks for a nice family getaway!

As advertised. Close to beach, but just far enough to be be a quiet neighborhood. Parking was easy for regular sized vehicle. Only downside was a peacock nearby with an early alarm clock.

We loved it all. Downstairs has two rooms and bathroom. Main floor has another room and bathroom plus kitchen. Everything was clean. Windows were cute and opening them allowed the perfect breeze. Washer dryer worked great. And so nice to have pods and dryer sheets! Upstairs shower = cool. Everything spacious. Location = 🙂🙂🙂🙂. We took daily walks - 2 blocks to the ocean and stores and restaurants. Driveway is quite steep. Not a problem for us. No grass area for pup but our pup isn’t picky and used the top of driveway - narrow patch of dirt.

Lovely property inside, the bathtubs are pretty tall so if you have someone who will struggle with stepping over, plan ahead. The pull out bed is right in the kitchen/great room so I am glad that we didn't actually need that bed for our party. The biggest surprise was that the home was set way down from the street, none of the pictures reveal that aspect.

We picked this place because it was dog friendly and had two parking spots. The parking spots are VERY tiny, if you need two spots and your not driving a small car don't stay here. The other reason was dog friendly, there is only a very small weedy spot for a dog. There were also black ants in every room. This was probably one of the worst Vacation rentals I have ever rented. :(

This property was excellent for 3 couples or a small family to hang out together. Because it has a very steep driveway and is situated on a hill, it is not really within walking distance to the shops, restaurants, and beach. The tubs are very high and could prove to be a problem for children and older adults. The balcony was very small and the furnishings in the downstairs bedrooms were very sparse (lacked mirrors and dressers). Generally, however, it was a very comfortable spot to enjoy the beautiful surroundings of the Avila Beach community.

The beach house was perfect for our family get away. My family was very comfortable and we enjoyed the ease of walking 2 blocks to town and the beach. The house was very clean! Our dog enjoyed watching the birds from the balcony. I even made Thanksgiving dinner in the well stocked and updated kitchen. We will definitely stay at this property again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach cottage. The accommodations were clean and it had all of the amenities we needed including direct tv so we could watch the Sunday football games. Just perfect for our family of 4! Thank you for the hospitality.

Newer beach condo that's great for families. About 2 blocks from beach. Very clean and we'll provisioned. Parking is tight, but better than most beach communities. Ample street parking for larger vehicles. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful week-long stay. The property is at the end of a street and Avila beach is a short walk from the property. The property was exactly as described with plenty of beach toys, a nice big kitchen with almost everything you could need. We would definitely return!

Very nice home. Comfy beds. Close walk to the beach. Parking is hard unless 2 small cars, but parking on the street was fine. Appreciated you allowing us to bring our 2 fur kids. They loved it too and it’s very hard to find pet friendly places.
