"En general bien, nos tocaron las villas de planta alta por lo que el acceso con maletas era complicado, en temas de cocina faltaron algunas cosas, lo peor fue que encontramos cucarachas dentro de las habitaciones, concretamente 2 en la habitación principal, eso hace que nos quedemos con una idea desagradable, probablemente no volvamos a escoger esa propiedad cuando queramos ir a Disney World. "

"My husband and i came with our 3 daughters ages 11,8 and 3. The condo was very spacious and appeared to have been recently renovated and was very nice. Im big on bug issues and am happy to report we didn't see a single bug during our 4 night stay which was a big plus for me. The location is perfect for visiting area attractions. The beds were not the best and there were minimal supplies available. We had to buy detergent and wash a load of towels because only 6 were supplied total. But the...

"The penthouse and resort were beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. The only negative was the bed in one of the bedrooms. It was really two twin mattresses put together instead of one larger mattress and they weren't very comfortable. The other beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay very much."

"Location in listing was off by 15 miles. Grill, although prominently featured in listing photos, is not available for guest use. House was great, clean, and spacious. Pool had some sort of issue holding water during our stay which rendered the heating useless."

"We had a great stay at this property. The location was perfect - only 8 minutes to Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios, and super convenient to Disney Springs. The townhouse was very clean and tucked away in a quiet, peaceful setting-a zen retreat after busy park days. My only suggestion would be to receive the access code and address the day before check-in instead of the morning of. Otherwise, everything was excellent. "

"Good experience. They had a couple issues from past guests but communication with the host was excellent and overall the place was nice. "Arrived on Thursday night. The stay was not a pleasant experience. The first thing we saw was very dirty carpet on stairs and in bedrooms and a cockroach on main floor bedroom. Messaged host immediately for a new place. They asked for pictures of carpet. Only response was “I understand”. It was late at night we had no option but to stay. Master bath shower did not drain. "Our stay started with the owner double booking another guest in the house after we had arrived the first night. Pretty weird to have a stranger walk in your locked door unannounced at 10:00 pm. The owner was slow to respond and wouldn’t speak to either of us beside text message. It continued with sending cleaners to our house in the middle of our stay saying that they were told that we were checking out that day but we still had three days.
