The Space:
This two-story home features 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms with thoughtful design throughout. The spacious first floor offers an inviting living room, formal dining room, and a well-appointed kitchen with adjacent dinette for casual meals. A convenient laundry room is located just off the kitchen. A bedroom that doubles as a den/TV room (equipped with sleeper sofa) has an en suite bathroom with shower.

Upstairs, you'll find four bedrooms including the generous master suite with its en suite bathroom featuring both a relaxing bathtub and separate walk-in shower. One special bedroom with twin beds connects directly to the master through a sliding door while maintaining independent hallway access—perfect for young children or as a flexible nursery.

The floor plan balances communal living spaces with private retreats, creating an ideal environment for families or those who love to entertain while still having personal space.

Guest Access:
Guests have full and private access to the entire house (except the garage).

Free parking is available on the street and behind the house (driveway access via Treadwell Street).

Other Things to Note:
This is an Austin family-owned home. Our place isn't operated by a big rental management company or owned by an investment group. We put a lot of thought and love into designing it and making it as comfortable for you as possible. We want you to have the best experience and enjoy your stay with us!

Please keep in mind that this is a residential neighborhood. We expect guests to respect our neighbors like they would their own. We want all of our guests to have a fabulous time while being respectful of the surrounding community. All guests should abide by quiet hours, be mindful when parking (so as not to block driveways or make it difficult for others to park), and minimize noise when using the outdoor spaces.

We allow pets (provided that guests notify us in advance and that each pet is up to date on anti-flea treatment). Guests must pay a $50 fee per pet. Any additional cleaning that needs to take place due to a pet (for example, excessive fur on furniture or dog poop in the yard) will be billed to the guest.
