Great space!

Hosted a little bachelorette weekend and this was the perfect place! Ample beds and baths, great area for group dining, and a large couch for movies! Good location - walkable to a lot of fun spots or a short Uber ride from some classic ATX places.

Amazing host! Great location!

We stayed here for a bachelorette party with ten girls! We were easily able to fit ten of us and in a great location close to bars and restaurants. Host was super accommodating and let us check in early to set up for our bride! Would definitely reccomend !!

Spacious, comfortable home close to the scene

This was great for our group of 9 adults - we were able to walk easily to 6th Street and all the bars and restaurants, but the area around the home was nice and quiet. Easy to book, great communications with the host, super comfortable stay - highly recommend!

30th Birthday Trip

The place was perfect for what we needed. A large group of ladies for a 30th birthday trip. Megan was extremely accommodating and easy to communicate with. The house was clean and easy to find and it was in a great neighborhood. Ubering anywhere never cost us more than $10. Would absolutely recommend this stay!

Great location and comfortable

Our group had a great week in Austin. The location of the house was an ideal home base, and we were able to walk, scoot, or bike most places. Safe neighborhood. Lots of good restaurants and bars nearby. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. Plenty of room for our group, and the house was exactly as pictured and described in the listing. Only downside was the single miniature sized coffee pot for a large group and house, which meant we had to continuously make more coffee so everyone could have a cup in the AM. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Adorable house

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute, renovated house. Plenty of space for 8 people and a easy Uber to restaurant and bars. You could walk also. One ask: add an over the door mirror in 3 bedrooms for getting ready purposes. There was a great one in one bedroom.

Great stay for a group

The cleanest rental property I've ever been in. Great furniture and appliances (kitchen, laundry, and bathrooms). Surrounding area is a little rough in certain spots, but great location to the Colorado River and downtown Austin. Would stay again!

Convenient, clean & spacious

This property was perfect for our group of 7 librarians. We were in Austin for our annual conference. This property is a convenient 5 minute drive to the convention center. The neighborhood felt safe and the street very quiet. The house itself was very clean! The common areas were spacious enough for us all the sit and visit in the evenings. Beds were comfortable and plenty of extra sheets & towels. We will definitely stay here again when attending a conference in Austin.

Fun Austin weekend

Great little house on a quiet residential block with all the essentials for a fun weekend visit. A short walk from many terrific East Austin spots and walkable to downtown too. Everything as pictured, Megan a helpful host, we would visit again!
