We loved this property! It’s roomy but cozy and has that “old Austin” feel that we love so much!The area was safe and nice, house had everything we needed, beds were super comfy, host was flexible and responsive, and the pool is large in a nice yard! We wrote this down as one of our favorite Austin stays!

Very fun!

We loved the house and the pool! The decorations inside the house were super unique and fun and felt very homey and eclectic. Kim was very good at responding and super accommodating to my guest size, even allowing me to have day visitors in addition to my already existing guests that were spending the night. My only complaint is there were a couple things in the backyard that looked worn, dirty and a bit rundown like the rug and some of the fence work but I understand the property and neighborhood is a bit older so it’s just age I think. Also we had airplanes flying over us constantly because of how close we were to the airport but that’s not the hosts fault at all, my friends and I had fun waving at the planes whenever one passed over us. Over all a fun place and we felt welcomed.

COZY AND FUN

I absolutely loved this house. It’s the perfect location in ATX right in the middle of everything. I love how spacious the rooms were and of course the pool was AMAZING!! I love how the owner was fast at responding and always kept communication with me. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to Austin!

We came to Austin to go to the theater to see Hamilton. We needed a place that had at least 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and this listing fit the bill. We were all comfortable and had the privacy we needed.

Lovely Property and host

We came to Austin for a girls’ trip and it was everything we needed! The location is fantastic, 10-20 minutes away from anything worth seeing in Austin. The pool was great for hanging out in the heat. Plenty of seating and comfortable furniture. Host was polite, kind, and supportive. They had everything we needed in the kitchen and for the pool. Best short term rental I’ve ever stayed at for a large group. Would definitely stay there again! 💖💖

Great spot with funky decor.

The house was very cozy and had plenty of amenities. The pool was fantastic but a little too warm to use during the day, but that’s to be expected during August in Texas. Easy check in and check out instructions, all requests related to clean up and using the home were reasonable. We had a great time and would stay again.

Family fun!

Accomodations were comfy & room to socialize. The pool & toys were the main attraction, toys & towels were nice. Marked depths would be helpful with kids. The infant items that we thought we were going to have to do without were very helpful (but not listed). Playground was super for kids (but not listed). Kitchen was fully stocked & toiletries were great. The only improvement for this family would be a handicap accessible bedroom/bathroom. We had a great time & appreciate the owners kindness!

Great Location and Comfortable Stay

Very roomy and comfortable home for the three of us, with plenty of room to spare. Pictures were very accurate on website, nothing fancy on the inside, but furnishings and interior are cute and very well maintained. Nice outdoor area with fenced backyard, and large in-ground pool made the July weather bearable. Location was ideal as Franklin's BBQ and Expressways about 10 minutes away. Seems like a nice quiet neighborhood, and wife felt safe getting her morning walks in. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Convenient & relaxing

The location was convenient & the house cozy. Everything was fairly well maintained & the amenities mostly took care of our needs. The kids were in the pool often & the pool toys available were very helpful. Be careful with bare feet in the pool - nearly all of our kids’ feet were scratched up by the pool wall. Checkin & checkout was super easy. The lack of kitchen cooking supplies made it difficult to cook for our large group & no storage supplies were available (Tupperware/ziploc bags). The shower curtains could use a refresh. Overall, we’d definitely stay again.

Great Spot

House has plenty of room, backyard feels secluded and the pool is a good size. 10-15 minutes to UT and downtown which was nice. Host was great with communications and answered questions/fixed small issues very quickly. Would definitely stay again.

Great family outpost

We had a great time staying at the house. The pool was, of course, a big hit with the family. The backyard as a whole was perfect for a family outing. Other than a 10am (a little earlier than normal departure),the check in and out process were very straightforward, The rooms were nicely kept and the decor was really creative and wonderful - we really liked all of the awesome paintings and wall hangings. If you are looking for a good summer spot for the family with a pool - this is a great option!

LOVED this stay

Came here for a little bachelorette getaway with friends and had such a great time. Kim was super responsive and so helpful - our grocery delivery arrived hours before we did and she was so helpful so our stuff didn't get ruined! The house is spacious, calm, and quiet but a close drive to everything. Beds are very comfortable. It is also fully stocked with pool floaties- so a pool party is a must. Would definitely come back here/kind of want to live here!

Wow! This place is unbelievable!

We stayed here for a reunion with a bunch of friends and it was absolutely perfect! This place represents all of my favorite things about Austin! Fantastic host, funky decor, comfy couch, huge yard with a view of downtown, grill, huge pool, great grass to lay on, tankless hot water heater, newer hvac, great dishwasher, open floor plan, big tables inside and out for everyone to gather for meals, super close to everything, garage, floats, front porch, cheap ubers, real glass champagne flutes, wine glasses, and sjot glasses, great bathrooms, so much space, and cozy comfoters and blankets, the beds were super comfortable, and there was plenty of counterspace and extra stuff in the pantry for cooking! This place was perfect! Thanks so much for everything! We have such an awesome time!
