Spacious and minimalist. The place had a few issues. One of the elevators was not functioning, but another was available at the other end of the building. The apartment needs a fresh coat of paint and a deep cleaning. It could also use area rugs or other items to absorb noise. An additional lamp or two in the living area would also be beneficial. The bedroom storage is only in the closet, with an upper rack. There is no drawer space in the bedroom for clothes other than the drawers located in the bathroom.
Parking is managed through an app, and it took us 3 days and 3 phone calls to the support team and using various logins until it finally worked. Each time, the person on the phone was unable to open the gate remotely. Luckily, each time we were able to enter the parking deck when someone was driving out of the deck. The support staff was very quick to respond via phone, text and email, but it still took days to resolve.
The streaming TV system was also problematic to get set up as it was still showing the previous guest's name even after a few days of our visit. Again, this required another phone call to partially resolve the matter.
If you need a simple space to sleep close to UT, then this unit will serve that purpose. It does not have the amenities of style for a true vacation place
