The property was very clean and welcoming. Virgil did a great job with communication and there were no issues what so ever! Definitely recommend for a weekend getaway! The pool was also very clean and taken care of.

LOVELY AUSTIN RETREAT!

We loved our stay at Julie's cabins and are already planning our next stay! We loved using the firepit and making smores! The cabin was very roomy, which allowed us to work when needed.

Let’s start with The cabin was very clean. Everything was supplied in kitchen and bathroom including tp. All you need are cloths food and drink. Hot tub is awesome it’s big and a lap pool also. The regular pool was great also. All the water was very clean in both . There are hammocks to lay in , a grilling area under a pavilion with chairs and a gas fire pit , the wood fire pit is fantastic as well. Plenty of wood to burn. The chairs on pool deck ,hot tub deck ,fire pit and grilling area are very comfy. Also a laundry cabin with a comfy sofa while doing laundry. Bose blue tooth speaker to use for music. If you like a quiet out of town cabin (but not to far out)with a lot of awesome amenities. This is it. Close to breweries, distilleries , shopping etc etc. you will not go wrong by staying here and the host/ owner Tad makes sure your stay is fantastic

Wedding!

Attended a wedding and stayed here! So very relaxing and cozy cabin! Everything you need! The Swim Spa was so wonderful! I would recommend this to any couple to unwind from their busy life!

Beautiful country cabins, set in a circle around a swim spa. Tons of birds play in the trees, too many hummingbirds to count. This place relies on guests following to rules and being courteous to others, it's not a hotel.. We had a great stay.

Right outside of Austin but a world away!

Loved sitting in comfy porch chairs watching birds at feeders. Cabin well stocked with all amenities and so much better than being at a hotel. Can’t wait to return!

Beautiful cabin and great location.

Great cabin that included some nice personal touches from the owner to make our stay more fun. Beautiful grounds that focus on a communal experience (shared fire pit, outdoor kitchen, hot tub). Very private and peaceful setting. Great location that is convenient both to Austin and locations nearby in the hill country. My wife and I traveled from Minnesota to attend a wedding. We spent three nights in unit #4 and had a wonderful experience. Virgil, thanks for your hospitality!

I would highly recommend Julie’s Cabin’s. Clean, a complete cabin… had everything! Pleasing to the eye. Wish I could have stayed longer! My host was attentive.,. Needed a couple of extra towels… they appeared….he also responded when I had questions before my stay. I would return

Such a wonderful place to stay

Absolutely loved staying here it was right in the middle of all the places we went hiking to. The owners were very accommodating and very nice. The cabins have everything you need for your stay. We will definitely be back.

Cozy Cabin

This cabin was wonderful. It was immaculate and had all the comforts of home. The grounds of the property were just lovely. I can’t say enough about all the amenities. It had a lovely hot tub wonderful fire pit and plenty of chairs to sit and relax in while enjoying time with friends. Virgil was the perfect house. We love the bottle of wine and especially this S’mores !! We will definitely be back. We came for wine tasting and it was the perfect location to stay while visiting all the wineries this area has to offer.

Wonderful weekend away

We can't say enough about our stay at Julie's Cabins - it is the perfect place for spending a socially distanced weekend away, complete with all the comforts of home. The location is perfect for grabbing takeout from local hangouts like Jester King and Rolling in Thyme and Dough. But if you want to just kick back at the cabin and make your own meals, the full-sized refrigerator and oven (along with every kitchen utensil you may need) made it easy. Looking to relax indoors? A comfortable couch and smart tv make vegging out completely attainable. If you're wanting fresh air, a peaceful porch, fire pit and swim spa are steps away for your use. Truly excellent attention to detail throughout - we've already recommended Julie's Cabins to friends and coworkers, and can't wait to return!

We Would Move In if We Could.

This is a PHENOMENAL property for a distanced COVID getaway. These cabins are the perfect setup to spend time with loved ones in the safest manner possible. Highly recommend getting a group together and renting all of the cabins in a single block. Each unit has their own separate living quarters and kitchen with a large communal outdoor space for distanced socializing. The amenities and thoughtful touches are AMAZING. This is the only property we have ever stayed at that provided a hair dryer with a diffuser attachment(!). There is on-site laundry, towels, coffee, an outdoor grill, fire pits, an amazing endless pool/jacuzzi, outdoor games... Virgil is responsive and fantastic. We spent our entire stay joking about whether or not we could just stay forever. We didn’t want to leave. The only noteworthy thing is that the property uses well water. No big deal, but if you have a sensitivity to that, just bring in some bottled drinking water and it’s all good. Do yourself a solid and stay at this property. It has a beautiful backstory and it’s a pleasure to support this family. Seriously, Virgil, can we move in?
