Positives include a sapcious and modern home in a great location. There was great access to downtown and lots of things to do nearby. The neighbrohood was very nice and the home itself generally clean and great for entertaining a larger group. While the home was generally clean, there were some notable exceptions. Several of the bath towels were dirty (2 had mucus stains and another a large stain). There were also crumbs in one of the beds, indicating it had not been properly cleaned prior to arrival. I would still recommend the home for the reasons above; however, I would suggest packing your own towels and bed sheets.

West Lake Hills!

We loved the house but obviously there is some dispute between the owners and the next door neighbors. The neighbor has signs posted in his yard trying to ward off potential renters, which was a little off-putting. The only other thing I would mention just to make people aware- the house is on a pretty steep incline, and there is a set of stairs to make it up to the main living area. We had elderly parents with us, which made it a little difficult, but overall the house was great!

Austin Stay

This property was great! We were in the Austin area working for a couple weeks and the location of this property was perfect for what we needed. There was plenty of room for me and my co workers so we were able to have our own space, but also come together in a shared area when we wanted. The host was very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and Misleading

Hi there, our group of 6 adult women visited Austin for the weekend. Upon arrival we were greeted by signs posted on the neighbors lawn advising against renting this house. That was very creepy. The house itself is set in a gorgeous and quiet neighborhood. One of the main reasons we booked the house was because it had a jacuzzi. We were disappointed to find out they removed it without being notified ahead of arrival. The listing also stated 5 beds, but only 4 were able to be used, since the 5th had a weight restriction. Lots of disappointing surprises, but I would still recommend the house.

No hot tub

On our last night we had a few friends over for a hot tub. Opened it up and it was cold water and no electricity to the control unit. In other words, it wasn't working. No one told us there would be no hot tub.

Beautiful home

The house is amazing and the pics don’t do it justice. 6 of us stayed here including 2 kids and everyone loved the house. The kitchen was perfect for us to cook in and we enjoyed the screened in patio. They had plenty of towels and everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We did cook, but since it was a road trip we brought our own spices and seasonings with us and thankful that we did, since the kitchen didn’t already have some. Would definitely stay here again. Oh and the signs from the neighbors yard that was mentioned in another review didn’t bother us so don’t let that stop you from booking.

Great house

We had a great time at this house. Very clean, plenty of space for us (7 people) to get ready for a wedding, work remote, and enjoy meals and the hot tub. Good location, easy to get an Uber places.

Austin At Its Best!

This listing was exactly as described and much more! For us, it was a perfect location for our family, which included a mobile 91 year old. The floor plan was absolutely perfect for us. It was open, allowing people to move easily through the kitchen, dining area, living room, and screened-in porch. The huge windows allowed light to flow throughout the living space making it comfortable and bright. The three bathrooms were convenient to all four bedrooms. They were extremely clean and neat. Accessibility to a washer and dryer was appreciated by several of our family members. I am thankful that we had a Smart-Tv at home, so the television programs in this house were easy to view using our accounts. The cabinets were well stocked with pots, plates, glasses, and utensils….making cooking a treat. This home-away-from-home helped to make our vacation a wonderful time in Texas!
