Great house for families. We really enjoyed the game room and pool during our stay. We spent more time at the pool than we did at the beach, which is unusual for my crew but everyone had a great time.

This was a great house, and in an ideal location for traveling around the city. This place has a cute backyard for hanging out in, and a very fun pool/play area only one house away.

It was overall a good visit, couple of things need attention but most out of property owners control. Thank you for allowing us into your home! We made some good memories the firework show on lake Travis was top notch “ Hurst Harbor” float on does not disappoint

The house is in a nice neighborhood. Everything was neat and clean. There were some activities for the teens. The description was accurate and it was a comfortable home. The only issue was a slight problem connecting to the internet. The owner was helpful and prompt with the response. We would definitely rent this house again.

Place was nice, had no issues checking in or out. Included amenities were as advertised. Trash was left from previous guests, and overall looks like the cleaning crew performed a rushed, but decent job.

Property is perfect for a night or two stay. Request a few more towels if staying longer. Very quiet house/neighborhood and clean.

Beautiful home. Easy check in/check out. Only downfall was no supplies for cleaning (trash bags or cleaner). Definitely didnt have enough towels or face clothes, but there was a washer available to wash them.

3‑Star ReviewThe house is cozy and has potential, but it really needs a thorough deep cleaning. The blinds and vents were covered in dust, and the stove along with the area under the microwave had a noticeable layer of grease. The floors and carpets didn’t seem properly cleaned and looked dirty. The pillows, bed sheets, and comforters had an unpleasant odor, and the decorative pillows on the beds were noticeably dirty. The wood toilet seats were scratched and worn and should be replaced. On top of that, the beds were very squeaky, which made it hard to sleep comfortably. Overall, it’s a nice place, but it needs better upkeep and cleaning to feel truly welcoming.

My friends and I stayed at this house for one night before we headed to Fredricksberg for a wedding. Overall, our stay was nice and fast! Everything was clean and just like the photos. The only thing I’d mention is there wasn’t enough kitchen supplies or towels for the amount of guests we had stay at the house. However, we made it work for the one night we stayed! It was in a great neighborhood and the host was very nice and accommodating. I would recommend staying here for your next visit in Austin!

House was very nice but no hand soap, cutting boards, only 3 forks, no spoons, one dull knife for 7 people was difficult to eat a meal together. Broken dishwasher handle, difficult to open, hand washed dishes but no drying towel or drying rack, freezer was full of water drop condensation, not freezing well, condiments like garlic salt were hard and completely solid, very old, spatula and spoon would bend when trying to flip a burger, not really usable, cooking pans were rusted, scratched up and looked to be very old. Master bedroom pillows were about 1 inch thick. House was great and host did buy some new silverware ,soap, cutting board and had them delivered. Spending a small amount to get new pans and utensils and some new pillows would have made this a great stay. House and bedrooms were good and place was clean and worked well for a group of 7 adults! We would stay again if the little items were all stocked up.
