Clean and cozy studio!

Very pleased with this clean and cozy studio located in a nice, quiet neighborhood....was perfect for our weekend visit with family that live nearby. Will definitely consider this property for future visits.

Great Neighborhood location

We were visiting family in the neighborhood, so this worked out very well. The space was nicely designed, good natural lighting, large bathroom, comfortable large bed. The frig and microwave were helpful amenities. Communication with host was easy. I would highly recommend this property.

Simple but Great Unit

Unit was perfect for our stay. Nice large room with bed and kitchen area. There was a second seating area and a good size bathroom. The "kitchen" area is best suited for simple breakfast and leftovers but that was perfectly fine for us. Host was very communicative and check in and out process was quite simple. Also easy to find from the road. Would stay here again and have let our family in the area know that this is a good one to recommend for other visitors.

Wonderful Studio in The Hill Country

Our daughter stayed here for a few weeks between her apartment leases at UT. She enjoyed the peace and serenity of this studio located in the hill country & near the Colorado River. This place is in a safe neighborhood and is well-priced making the extended stay affordable. Her daily commute to Austin was a peaceful 20 minute scenic drive. She had a good stay and she would stay here again. Also, the owner is very nice and communicated well making booking and checking in for our daughter a breeze.

In the Hills

This was a nice place to stay. Seemed a little far from City night life. The only TV was in the bedroom which made it a little awkward to watch with friends. No sink in the kitchen area so you had to take cups and dishes to the bathroom sink- not ideal. I’m very allergic to cats and I had a pretty good reaction to the cat dander than was on the bed comforter. Washing that comforter and shams may be helpful for those staying with you who have allergies to animals.

Cozy and quiet retreat

We had a nice evening staying at Lynn's property. It was just what we needed on our weekend trip to Austin. The place was clean, the bed comfortable, and the bath was really impressive, biggest tub I've seen in a while.

Great location for Hill Country wedding weekend!

My Mom and I stayed here for a wedding that took place in Spicewood. This was a perfect middle location between the wedding and downtown. Very clean, updated, easy. A lovely stay with cool, unique places around. Definitely recommend.

Perfect girls trip!!!

We were pleasantly surprised with how nice the place was and how clean and well-kept the appliances were. The booklet with places nearby and photos of the host family were adorable and very helpful. We felt very welcomed and would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a cute place to stay. Best ACL weekend ever!!!

Quiet. Clean. Private.

I will be a return guest because of how I titled this review. Cleanliness, privacy, and a peaceful environment are most important to me. To be objective, my least favorite part was the tub/shower. I’m short so it was cumbersome to balance over the tall sides on the tub because the bottom was slippery. It felt like a residue was on the bottom (maybe soap/body oil buildup). I’d want guests to be cautious and careful to avoid injury. I figured it out and this was a minimal cleanliness/safety issue but worth mentioning if this is a priority for the next guest. Thank you for the welcome and personable stay. I’ll definitely refer others and stay again.

Lynn’s place is great! Clean, affordable, comfortable. It has the amenities you need. My daughter and I were in and out a lot, not spending lots of time in the apartment itself. Easy to get to.
