This property is in a very nice location. Very safe neighborhood. Close to downtown Austin’s nightlife. Plenty of space for our group of 10. On-site parking was great. All rooms were clean and had an over all great experience.

Our 6 Bedroom house in the historic Clarksville neighborhood in Austin, Texas was perfect! Our tennis team of 8 came to Austin for a 3-night stay to watch the ATX Tennis tournament. The house is divided into two units - both upstairs and downstairs units had 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms. The only downside was having to walk up the outside stairs to get from one unit to the other. The bedrooms were great - more than enough beds for the 8 of us. The living room area had ample space for us to gather, and we had access to 4 bathrooms and two full-size kitchens plus a laundry room. The kitchens were very well stocked. We absolutely loved the neighborhood. We walked to breakfast every morning - loved Galaxy Cafe and Josephine’s house. Parking on the street was easy. Communication with our host, Chelsie, was excellent. Chelsie was very responsive when we reported that the electronic lock battery on the downstairs unit was running low - she came to replace the batteries in a timely manner. This house was a great value of a large group. Checkout was easy. We would love to stay here again. Thank you Chelsie!

Fantastic location, great communication!

Stayed with a group of friends at this fantastic property and had the time of our lives!! The space was so spacious and easily accommodated our group of 13! Everyone had plenty of room in their own spaces and all were very pleased with the size of the space and the decor! The managers were so easy to work with. Every time I made contact they responded almost immediately and offered solutions without hesitation. They even came by to make sure that our trash area was addressed as the trash service had not come yet and it was clear that there had been a lot of trash from the group before us. They were so accommodating! Location was wonderful- we were able to walk to some bars, restaurants and shopping. The rest were a quick Uber ride away! Super cute neighborhood and overall a wonderful experience! Thanks so much!!

Beautiful and lots of room!

We stayed at this house with 16 people and there was plenty of room for sleeping. There were some that doubled up and some that had a whole King-size bed to themself. The house is clean! The only issue was the lock on the downstairs unit. The lock said it was locked and there were many times the deadbolt did not latch and could open the door. Just for safety, we felt worried about our stuff when we were away. You have access to do laundry while staying at this unit- Just message them ahead of time for the code at the beginning of your stay. I was in contact with the property manager on Via email and her notification emails were turned off and had a longer response time. She did apologize and offered to have us call or text for faster responses.

Perfect Austin Home Base

My wife and I and a few friends stayed here for a long weekend and it was a perfect home base for Austin. Clean, plenty of space. Great location and host. Would stay here again immediately.

Beautiful home in a perfect location!

We had a wonderful stay at Chelsie and Brian's duplex in Austin! The unit is exactly as pictured - spacious, clean, with very comfortable beds. Check in is easy, and the hosts are responsive and flexible, allowing for early and late check-out when possible. We had no problem finding lots of street parking (we preferred that over the uneven driveway), and the area was quiet and so conveniently located in a great part of town. There's not much of a yard if you're bringing pets, but there's a huge field just a block or two away. Overall everyone in our 18 person group was super comfortable and would definitely recommend this home!

Great location and great hosts!

The home was in a safe and quiet neighborhood close to food and stores about 5-10 minutes walking. The home itself had plenty of space and was exactly what was listed and provided in the pictures. The hosts were super responsive for any questions or issues we had. We would gladly stay again if we are back in Austin.

Great location & good setup for a big group/family.

Lots of room & really great location for walking to the lake, the store, shopping or downtown. Perfect to be together but also have some space. Host was very responsive. My only critique is that kitchen is not well stocked if you plan to cook. Other than that, great spot!

Perfect house for a Bachelorette!

I searched high and low for a home big enough to accommodate my group size (13!) and this ended up being the perfect place for us to celebrate my friend's bachelorette party. The beds were super comfortable, the bathrooms were well stocked with towels and toiletries, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook at home. Chelsie made the check-in process super easy and responded within minutes to my questions. We were walking distance to a super cute restaurant (Nightcap) and just a few minutes in an Uber away from great bars. Can't recommend this property enough!

Amazing

Great spot! Everyone was super impressive with the space. They had tons of beds and super comfortable. You can Uber or scooter to everything. Quiet neighborhood good to come back and relax from the business of downtown. Really fast responses like within minutes! They even let us check out late and stay as long as we needed Monday as most of us had late flights out. Can’t recommend this place enough!
