Austin Oasis

What a special home! It truly is a gem (looks just like the pics) and served as a perfect sanctuary for our 4 night visit. We LOVED the neighborhood. Very quiet and charming. Central to everything we wanted to access via walking or biking (rented bikes)…Lady Bird Lake, DT Austin, South Congress, and a few blocks from Mattie’s (to celebrate bday/dinner). When we weren’t exploring, we spent a few hours each day lounging by the pool. The Sonos speaker system was a HUGE perk. We listened to our favorite music non-stop while in the home and outside by the pool. Everything is special about this home. It is a total score…snag it if you can!

Relaxing

Great place, walkable to restaurants and coffee shops. Pool/ spa was so relaxing and house has everything you might need: coffee, comfy beds, and shampoo/ conditioner. Would definitely stay here again!!

AMAZING STAY

We booked this property to have a fun weekend away with some friends and loved every second of it! The location, the house, the amenities, were all AS ADVERTISED, and we plan on using this property as it’s available when we go to Austin moving forward! Also, the proximity to downtown was amazing and it was a great walk down to the river from the house! Couldn’t say enough great things about this property!

Fun stay in Austin

Property is very nice, quiet area. There’s a short learning process with the amenities which are controlled by the provided iPad. It’s really the way to go, so live and learn! Overall a very nice home with a nice outside.

Beautiful Home & Wonderful Experience

This is one of the rare VRBOs that's actually better in real life than in the listing photos. The home is incredibly charming and filled with thoughtful ammenities. The pool, hot tub, and fire pit actually worked and were properly maintained. There were interesting objects, books, and instruments at every turn. And there was a coffee shop/face just up the street in walking distance. It truly felt like an oasis in the middle of Austin, and we would 100% stay there again. Highly recommended!

Graduation Weekend

Had a great weekend at this house. Lovely property in a great neighborhood just south of downtown. Well-appointed amenities as well. Will stay here again next time we are in town. Loved it!

Great home, great host

A really lovely home. Well appointed; great pool and hot tub. Absolutely fantastic host - would reply to our questions within minutes and really went out of her way to help. The location - both within 10-15 of downtown - and 5 mins walk from a cool area on Congress. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Great girls getaway

Carly was an excellent host. The house had everything we needed, was very comfortable, and was close to restaurants and shopping. The only reason I didn’t leave a five for check in was because of the quirky front door, which took a little finagling to get into. However, Carly was super responsive, and easy to get a hold of and she walked us through that. I’d definitely stay here again if coming back to Austin!

Amazing place and experience!

This is a beautiful property and is exactly as described in the listing. My wife and I had a great experience. There's plenty of space and the pool/outdoor area is perfect. The location is ideal for access to downtown (and not far from everything else in Austin). We will definitely stay there again!

The place is WONDERFUL!! The ambiance, decor, cleanliness, coziness… I could go on and on about how fabulous this place is. We enjoyed every second of your weekend getaway. Beautiful getaway

I can’t say enough positive things about this home. Every detail is beautifully thought out, with guests’ comfort and happiness in mind. Every single immaculate room is its own unique experience. And the pool and other outdoor areas are heavenly! It was hard to tear ourselves away to explore the rest of Austin, but the house is in a great location for walking to restaurants and shops. And Carly is a kind and responsive host. We didn’t want to leave!

Comfy and cozy

We stayed a few nights while visiting friends in the area. We didn’t use the kitchen accept for morning beverages. The pool and hot tub were great. The beds were super comfortable. We slept great.
