The condo view was amazing. I give the place 2 stars because the condo only had sheets for the bed not the pull out sofa, there were no blankets. We alerted the host and were told that hopefully we were not using all of the beds and could use the one (which was not there) provided for the bed. We had three freezing people the whole stay. The pillows were stained yellow, absolutely disgusting. I would not stay again!

Nice place for the most part, did not like the time-consuming valet and elevator processes. Freezer didn't work at all but the owner was nice enough to agree to a discount because of the lack of amenity. Overall, we loved Austin and my boys loved the view from the balcony.

Great location for any exploration

Stayed here for an extended stay in Texas with my wife and her friend. Lovely building and apartment with views over the river. Location was great as it was only a short cab/uber ride to most bars, shopping malls. Also not too far from the airport . We also used the electric scooters which you will find dotted around the city too which was fun riding down to South Congress and the independent shops.

Fun Condo

20th Floor condo with a good layout, awesome views, and nice furniture. It was perfect place for a couple to spend a weekend. It's a short walk to Rainey Street and it's not a bad walk or ride share to downtown. Two baddish things: First, the property advertises parking. There is no free on site parking, so that was somewhat deceptive. There is valet parking on site which the vacation property lists. There is also a slightly cheaper pay parking lot adjacent to the building that the vacation property doesn't mention. Second, most of the outlets and the television didn't work. We didn't spend much time sitting around, but that would have been a problem for a more laid back crowd

Short Business Trip

Enjoyed my time at Natiivo. The property was clean and had a lot to offer for the business traveler such as space to work, workout area, and a spacious apartment to rest and relax and feel a little like home. The location was great with great views of sunrise and sunset as well as the bats going off from the Congress Ave Bridge (that was pretty cool).

The location was great. Minutes to everything. Bar and small plates right downstairs. I’m not sure what constitutes as a full coffee bar. But they have what you need as far as coffee too

Amazing location and no checkout “list”

This is an amazing short term rental concept. They are condo style, so all the amenities of a short term rental like kitchen, washer/dryer, and supplies for that, but with hotel checkout (you can just leave, no long list of checkout instructions) and onsite amenities like a gym and pool. Walking distance to tons of restaurants, bars, riverfront path and water activities. There is construction all around the area, but you could only tell when outside on the balcony. I even made the comment to my husband that when we were at the pool you couldn’t hear all the construction. The pool gets busy fast, so if you want a seat get there early and plan on staying there. We would definitely stay again!

Great location and very clean

I stayed with some friends for a girls trip and the location couldn’t be better. The pool was great and it was comfortable for 3 people to stay. To management/owner: A floor length mirror and some hooks would help make it more comfortable. I would recommend!!
