This home is phenomenal! There is so much space and the heated pool was popular every day. We had ages 0-70 staying and everyone was happy! The view is incredible and the location is very private. 10/10

Special house with stunning views

The house and views are even more beautiful than they look in the pictures. The construction and layout of the house is just stunning and feels really special. Pool heating ensured a consistent 84F and the hot tub got nice and hot quickly when needed (shame it cost extra however). Our family used pool and ping pong table in games room a lot, with same stunning views leading straight out to pool patio. Patio had ample comfy seating and coverage so we could even sit outside and admire an epic storm while staying dry. Good sized bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. (Although our bedroom had all the closets cable tied, providing only a clothes rack with a few hangers for our stuff. This felt a bit cheap for the price.) A few negatives relating to the management company. House could have been cleaner on arrival. Eg. there was a razor still in our shower with soap and shampoo residue over shower bench. It had not been cleaned. Wifi and TV not working in master bedroom. House manager came out on day one to try and fix it, but couldn't. It remained not fixed for our entire 1 week stay. They only took 1 garbage bag out once instead of all garbage every day. There should be instructions about recycling. A few other things that stopped working did not get fixed either despite us alerting house manager on day 1. The house needs more wine glasses and dinner plates. However, overall it is a very special house with breathtaking views. Perhaps owners should consider new management company.

Incredible Property, View and Experience!

The property is incredible, perfect for our group of 20. The view was amazing overlooking a forest canyon - even better than what the pictures show! The pool and spa were great and we enjoyed "pool basketball". The game room had everything we needed as well. The basketball court was perfect for us. The property manager, Kristina, was superb from start to finish. She was communicative, answered questions quickly and made sure that we enjoyed everything about our stay. She was thorough in both the check-in and check-out process and did an awesome job. Don't hesitate to book a stay here as both the property and Above Vacation Residences will exceed your expectations!

The perfect combination of amenities and location

The pictures do not do this place justice. The main spaces are much larger than they appear online. This was a delight once you see your large party of adults in the space together. We all had plenty of room. Spectacular views and amenities.

Awesome place!

The house, location, and views were absolutely perfect! Sam and Ben with the concierge services were awesome to work with and did a great job to help organize a fun weekend for 20 guys. Would definitely come back and stay again!

Beautiful House and Amazing Weekend

16 of us stayed here for 3 nights. The house was everything we could of possible asked for. Breathtaking views, clean, plenty of space and extra beds. Our crew especially loved the outdoor pool area and gameroom. Our house manager did a phenomenal job staying in contact with us and providing us anything we needed. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful home

Incredible home! Very relaxing and private given the layout and location. We very much enjoyed our stay and think any family or group of families would enjoy this home for a long weekend or longer. Our only negative (and I stress ONLY) was that a few members of our group were sleeping on air mattresses versus beds.

Great spot in Austin

This property is amazing, i think it’s actually even nicer than it looks on the listing. Every room / detail is top of the line and it’s an amazing place to bring people together. It’s obviously not cheap and, relative to some other places there are a lot of rules and check ins from the management company. However they were very reasonable with everything and we didn’t fee patronized or overly scrutinized. It’s clearly all in place to protect this amazing house, which I highly recommend.

July 4th family vacation:

The house was perfect for our family of 20. Everything was better then expected, we were not disappointed. The view was amazing and seem to always have a breeze, especially for July in Texas. However, I have not recurved my deposit back, as of today. Could someone check on that? Thanks Vikki

The Best Family Reunion Ever!!!

The house was absolutely beautiful with a breathtaking view! We had 17 family members, and there was a bed and bathroom for all. Our family loved the long weekend in the best home we have ever stayed in going through VRBO every year in different parts of the country. The communication with the company managing the property was excellent! I can’t say enough about this beautiful estate!

Wonderful stay! The house was absolutely beautiful and meticulously detailed. And those views!

We couldn't have asked for a nicer stay in Austin, and this wonderful property absolutely made that possible. Only 15 minutes from downtown Austin, yet it feels a world away when you're lounging at the pool overlooking the hills. There was plenty of space for our large group of 20 - privacy was available when needed, but the common spaces (including a great game room) made gathering very easy. The details and luxury finishes in the house are impressive - from the gourmet kitchen where we cooked for the group, to the oversize windows providing stunning views and lots of light. The folks at Arrive were fantastic as well, happy to accommodate and make our stay as comfortable as possible. Overall 10/10; I'd recommend this property to any and all!

Fantastic home with great management

This home is perfect in every way for a large group getaway!! First off working with Brian and Margo was an absolute pleasure. They are super professional and responded immediately to any questions I had before our weekend reservation. By far the best property management company I have ever worked with. Upon arrival Brian was there to greet us at the house and give us a tour of the beautiful property. Making sure that we knew he was here for us this weekend if we needed anything. The gift basket with snacks was a nice bonus! We had 18 guys in the house and it didn't feel cramped at all. Plenty of room for sleeping and hanging out in the pool/game room/great room. Would recommend to any large groups coming to Austin for a great weekend!
