    The Space:

    Step into this light-filled Auckland apartment, thoughtfully designed for a relaxing and convenient city stay. You’ll have access to secure basement parking, a rare find in the CBD.



    The bright lounge overlooks leafy Albert Park and features polished timber floors, a comfy sofa, and a leather armchair. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a coffee machine, is perfect for everything from quick snacks to slow brunches.



    The main bedroom includes a queen bed, blackout curtains for restful sleep, a smart TV, and unlimited Wi-Fi. A second room with a single daybed, separated by a curtain, can be made up for sleeping if requested in advance. The apartment also includes a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and an in-unit washer/dryer for added convenience.



    With the Art Gallery and Albert Park just across the street, and downtown cafés, the university, and the waterfront all close by, your Auckland adventure starts here.

    Guests have full access to the entire apartment in the St James Apartments, and 1 secure basement car park is included. This is a self check in property, so services like front desk check-in, room service or luggage storage aren’t available.

    Pre-Check-In Requirements:



    *We require a government ID (Passport or Driver's License) and an online check-in form to be completed for the main guest before check-in. This is a building requirement for short-term rentals for security and insurance purposes. A link to complete the form will be sent closer to your check-in date.



    *As per our damage policy, a NZD $350 damage deposit is required to be paid 7 days before arrival via a secure Stripe payment link. The deposit will be fully refunded or reversed within 8-14 days after check-out, provided no issues are found. We’ll send the payment link closer to your check-in date.



    SELF CHECK IN to this apartment:



    *Key pick-up is at a different location. via a lockbox inside a nearby supermarket. it's about 500 m from the apartment, about an 8-minute walk or 5-minute drive.



    *There is a basement carpark available for this apartment, more details will be sent closer to your check in date.



    * There is no luggage storage available for this apartment, but we can suggest a few paid options nearby.



    *Our check-in time is 3pm, for early check-in request, please double check with us in advance for availability.



    During stay & Departure:



    *We provide a full set of beddings & linens as well as a set of towels per guest. Extra linens can be provided at a fee, please get in touch for more details.



    *Extra cleaning service & linens changing can be arranged during your stay at additional cost, the fee would be the same as the cleaning fee listed per clean. For booking more than 21 days, a mid-stay cleaning would be required at guest’s expense, please contact us to request for this cleaning service in advance.



    *We provide a starter pack of refreshments and essentials that will last for your first few days, please purchase on your own when the stocks are running out.



    *Our latest check-out time is 10am.



    Interaction with Guests:

    We'll give guests space, we're not living onsite, but will be a message or phone call away if you need anything, and guests are welcome to pop into Oneciti Property Management office for any inquiries or a quick chat from 9am-6pm NZ time. Outside of business hour, please allow a few hours to response to any inquires.
