"Great location is Ostend, close to shops and we were lucky enough to have a summer market around the corner (saturdays in the summer). Easy to get a taxi to the ferry and other areas on the island. Host was very nice and helpful."

"When we arrived there was no way to get in, no key to collect etc. We called the number on signs which or is through to building security who literally laughed at us and said things didn't look too good for us. We finally got through to the owner via email who informed us that the building was leaking and we could no longer stay there, sorry for the inconvenience, while i was stranded on the streets of the cbd with no where to stay with my 13 year old son. No offer of alternative arrangements...
