"We had a fantastic day. The apartment is located just a short walk from Waiake Beach - in fact, you can go out the back gate, stroll past the sailing club and you’re right there. The apartment itself is presented with modern decor and has everything you need for your stay, right down to the complementary tea, coffee, Milo and cookies. Lovely outlook over the reserve, huge bed in the master bedroom, spa bath in the bathroom, great communication from our hosts… really hard to fault anything about...

"A good value. Location is great for cruisers. If you are lucky, your cruise will depart from Prince Wharf, which is adjacent to the building. Otherwise, Queen Wharf is a little more than 1/4 mile away. The unit was properly equipped with kitchen stuff, plenty of coffee and tea supplies for about 2 to 3 days. The unit had full laundry facilities, which is a blessing if you traveled several days before arrival, like we did. The advertised photos didn't quite match the looks of our unit and the...

"All windows need to be cleaned all carpet needs professional clean or replacing, the main ensuite bathroom cabinets are perishing and the bathrooms need cleaning and wooden floors need cleaning, also the tables need dusting properly. One of the blinds in the main bedroom is faulty. One of the dining chairs is faulty. There was rubbish under a bed. There is only one outdoor chair and no table. Stunning views. Good price point. Carpark nearby. "
