Beautiful Titirangi Bush & Sea View Santuary with large entertainers deck.

Our stylish 3 bedroom weatherboard home with a large entertainers deck has all the modern amenities for a comfortable stay. The house overlooks bush and the Manukau Harbour, plus a small area of flat lawn with garden. The spacious light filled comfortable open plan living room has a modern sofa and large smart TV, an 8 seater dining table and adjoining full kitchen. You can cosy up to the fire in winter and sleep comfortably with centrally heated or cooled bedrooms.
Guests have the entire ground floor but please note there is a separate private basement apartment (with its own entrance), for our occasional use. The internal door to the downstairs will be locked. We will always let you know in advance if we plan to be there. The laundry is located downstairs which you will of course have access to, just let us know when you need it.
In your apartment you will find 3 comfortable bedrooms including the main bedroom with en-suite, and another 2 bedrooms with adjacent bathroom.
The carport has one parking space for our guests and there is a type 2 electric car charger plug available for EV cars.
We are sure you will have a memorable and enjoyable stay in our beautiful Titirangi sanctuary, surrounded by bush and close to the manukau Harbour beaches and stunning bush tracks. A 5min drive to the village with a huge selection of quality cafes and eateries, a National gallery and 2 village supermarkets. We are also blessed with the Waitakere Ranges on our door step for more spectacular hikes and Harbour beaches. West coast beaches like Piha and Karakare are 30min by car. The airport and city are both a 30min drive away (40min peak hour). Have the best of both worlds, staying in a tranquil beautiful location while still being accessible to the city and it’s offerings.
